Horrible service, wanted to make a return but my email were ignored.

Love the products, but recently I ordered and was sent some dog joint oil which I queried as it had a very short expiry date - December 2023- much shorter than my previous bottle. I sent 2 emails but had no reply. Very dissatisfied with this level of customer service which is seemingly non-existent.

Yes, Luis has sorted this now for me and I am awaiting the replacement oil, with many thanks. Trustpilot score amended today accordingly. I can also recommend their herbal mix.

I believe in Yoko’s philosophy and ethics. The better the quality of food etc that we give our dogs, the happier and healthier they will be. I appreciate that all Yoko’s products are sourced and made to the highest standards available.

Yoko is more than just a brand, it’s culture, a lifestyle to live by for the one we so love “our pets”!
Each food is hand picked and prepared with the most natural ingredients, that contain all the essential needs for our pets!

Best healthy treats I got for my dog!!! I really struggled to find healthy treats for him and couldn’t be happier with this brand - congrats team! Keep it up, thanks for letting us take good care of our puppies.

I couldn't be happier with Yoko dog treats. They are my dog Mabel's favourites and knowing how much care goes into the ingredients is always reassuring. I love the companies ethics, the story and the service is second to none. The products all look great too!

Best healthy treats for dogs you can find in the UK. They are all natural and heat dried so they conserve without chemicals. As a plus, I also loved how carefully well presented they were so perfect for a gift for my friends with dogs.

I'm so glad I found these treats. Bought a couple of the mixed treat boxes for my french bulldog Zeus and he absolutely loves them and I admit I indulge him a bit more since they're so healthy and wholesome. Will be buying lots more from your website for sure, everything looks so good.

My dog loves the mixed pack treats, especially the Spinach ones! He also recently tried the fish based treats too. Just so happy to find a healthy dog food brand, as my dog has allergies so he can only have very specific foods with no additives. I met the two owners of YOKO at their stall in Broadway Market before Covid-19, and they kindly clarified all my queries and were super helpful. I have since been purchasing the YOKO treats online, but will come back to the stall once Covid is over. Love the packaging btw!

Quite frankly the best UK dog food brand! Finally we found dog treats with clear and honest ingredients with no hidden additives, sourced locally and with a packaging that doesn't cost the world! I have been using their supplements on my dog and have seen a huge improvement on his skin and fur! Cannot wait for them to release dog food but in the meantime I will keep buying their dehydrated biscuits!

We absolutely love YOKO products. It is extremely refreshing to see a company that is so considered about healthy foods for dogs. They source ingredients from UK grown suppliers, have a great environmentally conscious approach especially with packaging, and genuinely care about improving the health and wellbeing of dogs. What a fantastic company - they go above and beyond any other dog brand on every aspect of their business.

Amazing product that my dog loved. Very personal and kind customer service and of course the most beautiful looking dog treats and supplements.

Lily has adored everything she tried from Yoko (as did her doggie pals at the park), she has spread the word happily. The preference is always to shop local / small businesses where practicable, even when distance means virtual shopping so Yoko fits in perfectly. She is awaiting (im)patiently for liver & dandelion.

We got the mixed treats box and he loved each one! Beautifully packaged and suitable for gifts, they’re all organic, gluten-free and best of all responsibly sourced.
My dog also tried the small fish bites and he would treat it as a chew and takes his time eating it almost like a midday snack.
They also have amazing supplements!
