Complicated to cancel. Never again
Every user action is so complicated and dug up. I have to go through more than 30 mins on an in app chat to stop automatic subscription renewal. During that process, I'm asked repeatedly to rethink and bombarded with unnecessary questions with the purpose of dragging the process out longer. Such a shit experience, and I used the app for only a couple of months.

At first it seemed like a good bank
At first it seemed like a good bank. Worked good for two years. Then as I have had issues helping my wife. The bank locked my account for almost 3 weeks and now I received a cancelation notification from N26. So as mostly automated response and useless people who are supposed to be on the helpline. I am glad it is over. Seems like the N26 Bank is going down like Germany.

This is the first bank that is clear about everything they offer N26, including a loan with clear repayment terms and automatic debit, so you don't have to worry about forgetting.
It's a real shame you can only give five stars; they deserve 10 from me.

Careful if you want a safe account for your money. My daughter lost 1000€ in 4 minutes due to some scam. The bank does not take any responsibility, let alone take the time to follow up the scam, or make contact to find a solution for a young customer, who lost the money she saved up for her driving licence. What about an compensation through an insurance that bank doubtlessly has. As soon as things don’t go smoothly you are lost with N 26.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I had issues with opening an account (my application was inexplicably rejected after I completed all the steps). I opened a chat to ask for help and the agent just said she could not help me and ended the chat. The next day I received an email saying they don't allow me to open an account with them, without giving any reason.
Rude and useless...
