Horrible

Horrible. Blocked my wrong card when I texted customer support. The result: my only physical card got blocked while being on a 6 month trip. I could not get cash out anymore in Asia. Support was not willing to help. Absolutly worthless as a metal customer that is paying significant amount in membership fees.

SEPA transfers can take up to 2 working days to be credited, and depending on the currency, outgoing foreign currency transfers may take up to 10 working days.

Reminds my every day what a blessing it…

Reminds my every day what a blessing it is that we don't have to rely on the old established systems any longer. I wished traditional bankers would try to learn from N26 & Co what it means to offer banking services worthy of the 21st century.

I like the UI and the functionalities…

I like the UI and the functionalities of the app.
One the thing probably missing, in the investment chart, I would like to see when I did invest in the stock on the timeseries chart, so I can know with which price I bought the stock.

I have been banking with N26 for a few years now and I find the experience to be very good. I love the App and if I have to talk to a customer service person, it is easy, seamless and efficient. I also love the products that N26 has to offer

N26 is a modern concept of banking

N26 is a modern concept of banking, originally designed for young people who want to travel the world...

To me they're one of a kind and the first of their kind.... their service is of good quality and their system is reliable....

Even though, I'm not a big spender... I'm grateful they came into existence.

They have really good perks for people who like an alternative tool concerning finances in our global system....

A definite plus.
And thank you for your services....

Customer services terrible!

Customer services terrible!! Returned product to Lidl and they acknowledge return and to refund. Never received. Supplied all of the information to n26. They ruled in my favour and agreed to refund. I have a acknowledgement on their website. Waited weeks for refund, never received. After continually contacting them and them saying payment will be soon, they now say they need more information. I had already supplied them with all of the information that they request again. Order number, payment receipt, delivery receipt, approval by Lidl to return, return received receipt by Lidl, approval to pay by Lidl, communications from me to Lidl requesting late payment. A whole story of what happened!!

Don’t trust this bank!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using N26, particularly regarding their referral program.

I followed all the required steps and conditions to participate, and many people I referred successfully signed up and completed the process. This generated a significant amount of referral rewards, few hundreds euros, which were never paid out.

N26 later claimed that my behavior violated their terms and conditions. However, after carefully reviewing those terms, I could not identify any violation on my part. I repeatedly contacted customer support asking for a clear explanation of what exactly I had done wrong (with screenshots and proofs of my actions), but I never received a concrete answer. The only response I was given was that “the decision was final and that no further explanation would be provided”.

I find this approach highly unprofessional and lacking transparency, especially for a financial institution that should be built on trust and accountability. One of my friends had to go through exactly the same experience for the same reason.
Later on, all the chats with customer service about the issue magically DISAPPEARED. Shame on them. I still have the screenshots though.

Based on this experience I honestly feel to say “don’t trust N26, stay away from them”.
