I buy all my denim from here, it’s a lovely company, great quality and I’ve never had any issues. Unfortunately my parcel was lost in the mail and never arrived, and Marjory from customer care helped me out and refunded my order with absolutely no issues. Not at all was I expecting a return or my money back as it was completely not the brands fault so I’m super happy I can replace my order xx

The customer service team are so unhelpful which is enough to give me the ick! It seems like they genuinely don’t want to help you if there is an issue. I never understand what is the point in having micro influencers promote the brand if you can’t even be a good representative yourself.

Just to echo what others are saying, I placed an order, most of it was cheap poor quality or didn’t fit so I returned the majority. 3 weeks later I still don’t have my refund or even an email updating me that they have received it. I’ve emailed customer service twice and haven’t had a response. An absolute joke, never known anything like it, not sure there is much hope for them for the future looking at the recent reviews! Been purchasing from them for years and I won’t be back after this.

Customer service is great! I had a problem with a missing refund from a return. I contacted customer service and they were very nice and understanding. Within a day the problem was solved and I got my money back :)

In mid November I ordered 2 black jackets from this company and when they arrived, the quality was that of dog poo. They were instantly bagged back up and returned via their online portal and taken back to my local courier shop. 2 weeks after I returned, I got in contact with the company as I hadn’t had any updates on my return. They said to wait another week. This back and forth happened another 3 times and the only information NAKD kept telling me is that they’re experiencing delays with refunds due to a ‘server issue’ and that my refund would be in my account by 27th December at the latest. It is now 9th Jan and I STILL have not received my refund. This company have kept my money and are refusing to give it back. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Worst experience ever. I'm a first-time customer and have ordered 8 items amounting to over £200 and received only 2 items that were not even on my order! I returned the wrong items promptly but its been over a month now and still no resolution. No refund and no action since then. They also don't have a number to call for customer service which is very dodgy. I will never order from them anymore. Will never recommend. Don't buy from this online store.

Clothing runs about 1 size small. However, I did a return which ended up getting lost in the post. Two hours after I contacted them for help, I had the return in my account regardless. Really quick and helpful.

Fashionable clothes and good quality overall. I am often very pleased with my purchase from them. And the customer service team is helpful and kind. They try their best to set things right. Sometimes there is a delay in the return process though. Returns can take a long time to register. But if I contact them; they always help me. Overall I would say a good company.

I have edited the below review as NA-KD got in contact and have amended the below issue. I very much appreciate there support on this.
My partner returned clothes and it got stuck in the return portal. We eventually found it with the courier however by this time we had missed the return. At the time the customer service was mildly helpful saying the £264.50 that had been returned was no longer accepted they would offer a voucher. It turned out this had an expiration which we missed this means that we didn’t get the £264 in clothes or a voucher and na-kid are refusing to cooperate. I am considering taking this to the authorities as I see this as positively fruadulant. I highly recommend never using this company ever!

Didn’t inform me on the website that if I didn’t put in my zip code, it would be sent to some random person’s house. It says I have to go collect it but when I put in the given post code, it isn’t a shop or locker, it is a house. If the website had informed me that I didn’t click home delivery, I would have happily paid the extra £1 to get it delivered to MY house. However, it didn’t inform me, therefore meaning I have to go hunt down this house to get my parcel. And in addition, I can’t even cancel the order.
