My favorite clothes are from here! I ordered about 5 times, and I always had a good experience including when I returned(/exchanged) an item (although it's not the best when you have to pay 5€ to return something). The items are beautiful, and very good quality for the price.
Another downside I would want to mention is that most clothes are made with polyester.

I bought a Moa Mattsson x NA-KD item in size EU32(UK6). The piece I received was so large that even my sister, who usually wears UK10, could wear it with room to spare. The size guide on the website says EU32 should fit a 62 cm waist, but the garment I received measures 82 cm.
I questioned whether this was a manufacturing mistake, but their response was that their quality department had confirmed “this is not a manufacturer error and it will likely not lead to the product breaking and becoming unusable.” I mean...the issue isn’t about the item breaking. The sizing is nothing like what’s shown in the photos, and I looked like a kid trying on my mum’s clothes.
I asked them to provide the actual measurements for this specific item so I could compare and understand whether there was an error, but they refused. On top of that, they charge a £4.95 return fee. I would absolutely pay the fee if I had ordered the wrong size or simply didn’t like the style. But in this case, they won’t provide any proof, yet expect me to cover the cost, which is extremely unfair.

Listen, I love NA-KD's look. I really do. The problem is, their return policy makes me feel like I'm charged interest and end up with no purchases —thanks to their wildly inconsistent sizing.
The drama starts when I actually try on the items. I ordered three pairs of pants in my usual size—the size I wear across brands, the one whose measurements I carefully double-checked against their own guide. One pair fits. It fits beautifully. It’s a dream. The other two? They are monuments to fabric excess. We're talking "wear-them-over-a-snowsuit" large! They don't just not fit; they exist in a different dimension of sizing entirely.
And this is the real shame: The items are genuinely gorgeous! If I were shopping with virtually any other modern retailer, I would simply initiate an exchange for the correct size and continue my life. But not with NA-KD. They don't do easy exchanges. I have to process a return (and pay the penalty), wait for the refund (which takes longer than a transatlantic flight), and then re-order the items (at the risk of the size being sold out, and the black friday sale offer expired).
NA-KD made the mistake. Their size guide is a fun, theoretical exercise, and their production consistency is a joke. Yet, who gets to pay for this comedy of errors? Me!
I now have to initiate a return, and that's where the financial mugging begins. Forget the original shipping cost; I am now being charged a hefty 59 DKK non-refundable return fee (plus 10 DKK per extra item after the fourth, just for good measure). That's a high expense to charge a loyal customer for an error they created. I’m essentially paying a fine for their manufacturing inconsistency.
It’s like ordering a pizza, receiving a deflated volleyball, and then having to pay the delivery driver an extra 69 DKK for the effort of driving the volleyball back. I didn't get a full refund; I got a bill for my trust in their size chart.
They often market themselves as a sustainable choice, but forcing customers to choose between financially punishing returns for quality issues or just keeping the wrong items is not a solution to fashion waste; it’s a recipe for losing loyal customers. They’re essentially making me subsidize their quality control problems.
The bottom line? Buying from NA-KD is a commitment, a gamble, and an expensive lesson in tailoring. Do yourself a favor: only order if you are 100% certain. If there is a 1% chance of a return, accept that you are the one footing the bill for their sizing roulette.

Thanks for the reply, but the point remains, you’re charging your customer’s for providing them items far from what was described. If they buy “X” with “Y” measurements and then send them something with measurements that are clearly far off, then charge them for your mistake. Shame on you.

Due to my own fault, something went wrong with the delivery of my order. The communication about this went superb, quickly and friendly. My problem was solved within a few days, and I got a refund. Thank you Na-kd! I will soon place a new order and check my own administration twice this time ;-)

placed an order of discounted items, two coats. Waited two weeks. Was reassured that due to Black Friday it might take longer than usual. Courier evri said it was delivered and so did the site. Evri can’t provide proof of delivery. Was offered refund from company. However sizes I ordered are now sold out which makes me wonder if they even sent the items to begin with. Very unhappy as I wanted the coats and now can’t have them. Would suggest they changed couriers. They did offer to discount the coats as if I was buying them in the sale so they were the same price. I believe they’re still in the sale however the sizes have now become out of stock so in able to purchase!!! Furious to think if I was all correct I would have my size and my coats already!

NA-KD's website and customer service are an absolute joke. I made an order, and for some reason, their dead system decided to change my delivery address to my local shop. I emailed their team minutes after placing my order to get this sorted, and they responded saying it's my fault for not double-checking, even though their broken website made me enter my address twice + I've never had this issue before lol.
Don't waste your time ordering from these incompetent melons. Their customer service team also can't even send a 3-line email without using ChatGPT, which still sounded like robotic slop.

Awful customer service.
I placed an order on 9 November for items I needed for a trip. Nearly a month later, the tracking has never updated.
I contacted NAKD repeatedly. No response.
This is not my first issue with them. Back in September, my order was returned before any delivery attempts were made. Customer Service admitted the problem and promised to honour my 40% discount if I reordered. I reordered in November, contacted them to request the promised discount, and again received no reply at all.
This is genuinely the worst customer service I’ve experienced: no communication, no resolution, and no acknowledgement of multiple failed orders. Yet they continue sending constant promotional emails as if everything is fine.
Two orders in a row failed to arrive, and Customer Service has ignored every message for weeks.
I am now escalating this to my bank and consumer protection. Completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, and when I contacted customer service, they offered no support at all. They kept insisting it had been delivered, even though the proof of delivery clearly showed a photo of a completely different address. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
