Would be a minus star absolute utter shite and con artists!! I’ve been chasing a refund since march and now the emails address doesn’t exist! Lesson learnt 😡😡😡😡

The items all came the complete wrong size- when emailed they said they send a size up to make sure it fits properly. They came complete different colours to the photos and on one of the track suits the ‘white fox’ label has been accidentally printed onto the arm as well. Every time i try to email them they just say “send pictures” when i sent pictures in every email including the very first one. Quality is also terrible

These should require a refund! Due to wrong size, wrong colours AND logo printed on the arm accidentally. I am having no help in regards to this because they just keep saying send pictures.

Also took a month to come

Wrong size wrong colour shocking material. They said I couldn’t have a refund, then I could have 20% and then 30% when I threatened to take them to trading standards for selling counterfeit items.

Dreadful customer service, even when i sent a screenshot of the website saying full refund if not satisfied, refused a return, Material is awful there is no way i can give this to my grandaughter, i have bought better quality stuff from a market, i also ordered a M and was sent a L wish i has read some of these reviews before ordering. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Takes days for Email to be replied too.

Refusing refund

Worse company ever. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They sent the wrong colour and size. I asked for exchange and they said no they would give me 25% discount and I refused they then offered 30% and I said no they have not responded. Fraudulent company for sure.

Sends out wrong sizes and colours

This company is selling counterfeit White Fox clothing. Clothing comes with made in China label when authentic has a made in Australia lable. They need to be prosecuted.

Took ages to arrive. Wrong colour received and didn’t look anything as advertised.. not that I would wear them anyway as the quality is awful. Requested a return and refund to be told returns are only accepted if items are faulty which is not stated on their website. Absolute waste of time. Do not order from here

Selling fake goods. They do not accept returns or give refunds. Avoid.

Ordered on the 17th Feb, arrived today 3rd March not even the colour I ordered and not genuine, very thin cheap material

I placed my order on the 17th Feb,on the 18th I received an email saying its been dispatched and a tracking number was given but it say it don't work or can't be found, so I'm now feeling very stupid as clearly been scammed and not going to receive my order, I have tried contacting but nothing

Paid £10 for express due to moving, almost 3weeks laters still no parcel. Tracking says waiting to be dispatched. Customer service always says it can do anything because its say dispatched. Won’t even refund.
