I was going to contact support to rollover funds (because I forgot how I did it last time), but found it was literally a click away (select your current 401k from a dropdown/list box) and Nabers created the documents/pdf for me.
It's actually harder to change your phone number with them than get faxable documents.
You do need to make it easier to change your phone number...

Experience with Nabers Group for our Solo401K Trust has been excellent. Their support is superb, and have been very helpful on multiple occasions when we had questions as a newbie. They even alerted us to a pending liquidity issue with Gemini's Crypto Earn program, allowing us to pull our funds out before they got locked from withdrawals! Great Solo401K Trust provider.... don't think twice.

Overall, the experience was a very positive one. The information is good. Josh did well in the "interview."
There are way, way too many emails, starting with the reminder for that interview and subsequent to signing up.

Just started working with Nabers Group to get my Solo 401K Plan and Trust setup and they did an excellent job and made it very easy to get everything completed. The banking setup for our Solo-401k Trust account with their recommended bank and their staff was the most pleasant banking experience I've ever had.
Overall, so far they have been a delight to work and hopefully it continues to be so.

Nabers is an amazing platform for Solo 401Ks, the team is outstanding, helpful, and always keeping our best interest at heart. You charged me a set up fee And an annual fee. Now you demand a monthly fee also to keep in compliance. What is next, a daily fee? I worked on your 5 minute set up for over an hour then I transferred my funds to a bank IRA. Zero star rating was not available.

Great experience! Wasted two weeks waiting for Chase to approve the 401k Trust Docs. Sent the docs to Solera National Bank (bank listed as partner to solo401k.com) and they opened the account in two day! Solo401k was great but just a few too many email back and forth to figure out what the next steps were to do.

The Nabers group is beyond exceptional in hand-holding during the establishment process and being available (quickly) to help answer any ongoing questions I had. Setting up this new Solo 401k was an entirely new process for me and I had a lot of questions along the way. There was always someone at Nabers to help me in a fast and friendly way. They are also on top of things as it relates to tech, so coordinating the paperwork is mostly done digitally and was not very taxing.
