Communication from NAC was good and I like the flat one-off fee which gives piece of mind that the job will get fixed regardless of how long it takes. Knowing what it will cost upfront is fantastic.
Communication from the engineer could have been a bit better but he got the job done to a good standard. Thank you.

great service
We were really pleased with the service. Very easy to arrange on line, and really clear on pricing. They were later than they said confirming the initial allocated time slot, which meant we couldn’t accommodate it. But as soon as we let them know they were quick to rearrange to one that suited us. The person that came out to do the repair was very polite and clearly explained what they had done to fix the problem. They took time to check and make sure the dishwasher was fully functioning again, before leaving. I would use this company again.

It was just a couple of days from my…
It was just a couple of days from my initial phone call to the engineer calling to check the fault on my fridge. He quickly found the fault but needed to order a part that took a couple of days. I was contacted when they had the part, arranged a time slot for the engineer to call and fit the part which he did quickly when he arrived without wasting time as his next call was about fourth five miles down the road. My fridge is now working as it should so hopefully it will give me a few more years good service.

Found the site after an online search. The telephone receptionist was courteous and helpful. Appointment booked for the following day for an engineer to visit to look at my mother's oven.
He actually called me a few hours later to say he was available to visit in the next half hour.
Oven mended that day.

Very efficient service fron NAC
Very efficient service throughout the process of repairing our Neff dishwasher. Service engineer was polite and friendly and kept us informed on his arrival times. Using NAC for or first time, following our local service engineer's retirement came as a shock, regarding the costs. They were initially contacted as the telephone number was local to our area, but they are not a local company, which we like to support where possible. This fact would make us consider more carefully our options should we need a domestic appliance repair in the future. But for efficiency and speed of response, NAC were very good.
