This COMPANY SENDS WARM AND DEGRADED NAD+ TO CUSTOMERS.
Mark at NADAID told me it's just as effective to inject the NAD+ they delivered to me warm if not hot and received close to 3 weeks after I ordered. Mark said this is how they can keep NAD+ until opened.
yet, the company site states your NAD+ will be sent chilled. I Paid 35 Pounds shipping and handling. $44.00 US. I Received their shipment almost 3 weeks later and the bottle was warm if not hot. After researching Mark's answer, I ask for a refund. Every compound Pharmacy, I contacted states that in warm temperatures NAD will degrade. Also, NAD+ must be stored in cold storage. Reputable compounders like "Empower Compound pharmacy" will confirm this info. Mark at NADAID will not refund my money.
You cannot trust how NADAID stores NAD+ nor the QUALITY or age OF THE NAD+ they are selling.
