I’m so grateful I found out about NAD deficiency and got the chance to go to the clinic in Cape Town. I had really been struggling with low energy and depression, but felt much better after three treatments. Everyone at the office is SO kind and supportive. I’m incredibly thankful for my three days there, and hope to go back when I’m in Cape Town again. I would definitely recommend!

The experience from start to finish was exceptional.
The nurses who administered the infusions were very warm and friendly, putting you at ease throughout the session. They were very knowledgeable and informative.

I would like to say this clinic is by far the best clinic in London.
I have been to many clinics around the London area. These guys are doing a fabulous job, very knowledgeable and friendly.
The clinic is very clean, good value for money and the staff are amazing. I think khadeeja who is the nurse is such an amazing soul. She makes you feel at home and is just someone who is full off energy and life.
As for the management I have dealt with Alexis (pardon me if I got the name wrong) again she is amazing.
I have just had my second treatment done and will be using this clinic atleast once a month.
Someone who is very health conscious and in the health industry I can’t stress how important the Nad is and the results are amazing.
I hope these guys Keep up the hard work and for all those who have not tried or are thinking off having any treatments you will thank me after paying these guys a visit. All the best.

I was told about this place by a friend who before finding this clinic had before been trying out other treatments for his work realated stress issues.
Thanks to him I found this professional, friendly and discrete clinic in the heart of London.
Everything from booking to follow up is professionally managed and - more importantly - carefully thought with the well-being of each patient in mind.

Friendly, knowledgeable and kind staff

Practitioner who administered the IV was gentle and charming (thank you) - though unfortunately she seemed to be over run as the clinic was very full. (And I believe she was the only one administering to all; so was constantly checking other rooms)
I was put in an open room with 2 strangers but offered (for an additional fee) to go to a private room. (I declined)
There was no cleaning or wiping of seats etc between clients and on the table next to me was a half drank water
(There seemed to be a lot of staff about but doing nothing …)
At the end of my session the billing price was 40% more than agreed. I had booked the “anti fatigue” package but everyone seemed too busy to explain why the bill was higher and I was told in quite a disgruntled rude manner that the person in charge of booking / billing would email me …
I received the email today that said “anti fatigue advanced” but still no explanation on why the billing was exponentially higher .. what is “advanced” ..
it’s almost like they make up prices as they go along …
I asked if there was any “packages” for long term usage with discount and got a hard “NO!” When clearly on the website there is.
Can’t work out if it’s because of new staff (I overheard other patient ask about some staff members and was told they had left..) or if they just want to churn people out.::
I do IV infusions at other places regularly, which are clean, kind and hospitable but I came here for the NAD+ but is it worth it for the rude staff and basic atmosphere, and non reliable pricing ..,
