Lovely dresses but just not quite right for me this time. Communication over returns was fantastic and I’m sure I will find a dress I want to keep in the very near future.

Lovely structured outfit. Beautiful fabric. Initially bought one and then ordered 2 more dresses. Will buy again.

I recently purchased the Nadine Merabi Miranda in red. Absolutely gorgeous, great quality and timeless piece. I wore it to a wedding and have never received so many compliments for a dress!! My mother buys from Merabi all the time and all her dresses are of great quality. That's how I knew to go there. I was really happy with my purchase and will be buying again. I'm leaving this review to show Merabi is your go to brand for any eventwear. Love love it.

So many issues…
Firstly ordered on app before 8am and paid extra for next day delivery. App clearly states orders before 2pm will be delivered next day. Dresses failed to arrive as promised for my function. Customer service told me the policy is dispatch within 24 hours, not delivery, which is incorrect vs the statement on the app. They need to amend their wording online and I will be reporting this and asking for postage refund
When dressed finally arrived they had sent me the wrong one. Then the stock of the dress I had actually ordered ran out.
Cannot speak to anyone at customer service by phone. They utilise an AI bot called Miranda who is generally unable to help with anything and provides unhelpful stock answers. This serves to cause massive frustration and does not do the brand reputation and favours
They also failed to correct my request to correct an issue with refunding the returns to my original payment method vs credit note. I am still sceptical the refund will be processed as requested without another series of tedious and time consuming exchanges with the AI bot
All in all I have spent about 3 hours messaging AI bots to try and remedy what could have been resolved in 2x 5 min calls with a human first time round.
Dresses that arrived look cheap, material was scratchy, they are overly structured and totally over priced - even in the sale.
Will not be supporting this brand anymore.

My 5th purchase from Nadine Merabi over the last 3 years. The most recent purchase arrived beautifully packaged but was missing the belt. Alex on the team was quick to resolve this and posted one to me promptly and keeping me informed along the way.

Great experience great customer service very luxurious 10/10

I spent $1,150 on my wedding after party dress and instead of receiving the dress I ordered, I received a blue jumpsuit worth $355. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What I don’t understand is why I’m expected to deal with the consequences of a mistake that wasn’t mine.

My wedding is in two weeks, and I’ve spent days going back and forth with customer service trying to get this resolved. I was first told I would receive a prepaid return label, only to later be told that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. I was also told that my refund would not be processed until they received the incorrect jumpsuit back.

The customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Instead of making the process easy after their mistake, I’ve had to chase updates, repeat myself multiple times, and deal with changing information while trying to prepare for my wedding.

I paid over $1,100 expecting luxury products and luxury customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has been the complete opposite. I would think twice before ordering from Nadine Merabi for an important event.

I purchased a dress from NADINE MERABI and attempted to cancel the order before it had even shipped. My cancellation request was denied because it was not submitted within their 30-minute cancellation window. While I understand companies have policies, this felt unreasonable given that the item had not yet left their facility.

Once the dress arrived, I returned it the very same day. The dress was never worn or tried on, all original tags were attached, and it was returned in the original packaging.

Despite this, my return was rejected. When I asked for a specific explanation as to why the return did not meet their requirements, I did not receive a clear answer. As a matter of fact they said they did not know.


After being unable to resolve the issue directly with the company, I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Customers should be aware that this may be an option when a company does not provide a reasonable way to resolve a return dispute.

For a luxury brand, I expected a higher level of customer service and transparency. My frustration is not only with the decision, but with the lack of a clear explanation and the difficulty reaching someone who can actually address the issue.

I would like to give a special thank you to Alex and Nadine Merabi for their exceptional support. Alex was absolutely amazing and helped me resolve my issue immediately with kindness, professionalism, and great attention to detail.

The quality of Nadine Merabi’s dresses is truly exceptional: the fabrics, the craftsmanship, and the designs are simply stunning. I am extremely happy with my experience and I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

I truly hope that one day Nadine Merabi will open a store in Italy, as it would be a wonderful opportunity for Italian customers to experience their beautiful creations in person.

I absolutely love Nadine Merabi pieces, I have a few. I am disappointed though in their handling of the concierge orders. I’m disabled so I thought this was a great way for me to try in and buy. I ordered 3 items and bought two. To my surprise you don’t get the boxes with your purchase. I like to keep my pieces in their box for safe keeping. I contacted the customer service team to ask if I could buy the boxes and they said I couldn’t and did not seem very helpful, sounded like they’d rather I send back the stuff than try and assist me. This is not good at all and directing me to email a regional office to see if they can help. Why not do this for me to try and assist, it’s as though once you’ve paid they couldn’t be bothered. I am very disappointed to say the least. I will be sending back the items

Beautiful clothes and great customer service! This was my first Merabi purchase and I was really unsure on what size I would need, having heard it's best to size up for some of the styles. I ended up ordering 3 sizes and returning the 2 I didn't need. I personally found the Sophie dress to be true to size. I can't wait to wear it for my friend's wedding. Will definitely buy from Nadine Merabi again. The only bit of negative feed back I could give would be that the packaging could be nicer. I know Nadine Merabi have moved to recycleable packaging but when you spend a lot of money on something, the unboxing is part of the experience! One of the dresses came beautifully packaged in a white box with a ribbon (one I returned) while the other dresses just came in a cardboard box. Having said that, I'm already eyeing up my next purchase! Thanks so much!

Great customer service

I highly recommend MERABI! Their customer service is amazing. Alex was very helpful and reassuring. He put my mind at ease and resolved my issue promptly.

I absolutely love the quality and the uniqueness of the clothes. The customer service has been very good too. I have altered a few garments from Nadine Merabi before and they have always been stunning. My only fault is that it’s very difficult with sizing and I recently ordered my standard size 8 (small) for my dress for my daughters wedding but it is too small and I have returned and reordered a size 12 which is a size I never buy normally. I do check the sizes but it’s good that they offer “Try Before You Buy” and I will use that now. Thank you for beautiful garments which are good quality and that I feel fabulous wearing.

Alex in customer care went above and beyond for me with a recent query I had about a purchase. The issue was resolved extremely quickly and I cannot wait to receive my new dress. It was a pleasure to deal with the team.

I have ordered many items from Nadine Merabi, the clothing is superb. Once ordered the arrival of the beautifully packaged item is like an early Christmas. I have asked NM to look into a problem I have and their correspondence has been flawless. They are prompt, efficient, and most professional. Please take time and venture into the world of Nadine Merabi, you will never be disappointed, only obsessed!..

Very helpful when I misunderstood returns timing

I had a great experience with MERABI's customer service. I reached out regarding the availability of an item for my civil wedding, and the team was incredibly responsive, kind, and transparent.

They took the time to explain the situation in detail and provided clear information on the upcoming restock and how to be notified as soon as the item becomes available.
