Sent the product back at my own cost and was promised a refund which never came. I sent numerous emails asking about it. After several emails promising a refund they would say the case had been close and merged with another order number. Total scam, please don’t buy from these people.

I wish I checked reviews before buying. After ordering I got 2 notifications that product could not be delivered. I tried changing to my new address as I moved to a different country after they failed to deliver for over 4 weeks. They said they could not ship to my new country and since I took out insurance they would refund me. After the stated waiting time for them to process the refund I mailed and asked them about it and they have been ignoring my emails for months!!!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I didn't receive the product (been waiting MONTHS) and they won't give me a refund that I keep asking for.

I purchased the light wand and it wouldn't charge the 2nd time I tried charging it. They won't replace it as it's out of the 30 day window. Don't waste your money. It also took a month to be delivered.

Ok everyone, as amazing as this product looks like these are definitely NOT real people. These are scammers! I purchased mine, using my regular shipping address and half way through they sent me a notice my package couldn't be delivered due to "insufficient address". Ever since I have tried to contact them, they said they would give me a solution and then completely goshted me! DON'T LET YOUR MONEY BE STOLEN!

I only had this product for about 2 months before it started to create an uncomfortable electrical shock and then I noticed that the charging port came loose and broke off. I emailed Nadove immediately after I noticed the first issue and was told this was “normal”. When I noticed the port I was told this product only has a 30 day warranty and they offered no replacement, just a 20% coupon. This product is cheap and customer service is terrible.

This company is a total scam, ordered 2 facial glow, one for me and one for a present, after almost a month I didn’t receive anything, when I contacted the customer service by email because I couldn’t find a phone to call they say it was already shipped and in transit. Days pass and then I contacted again they sent me a delivery confirmation, so I check my cameras and nothing came the day and time they said. Then they told me to verify with the USPS; of course I did my homework, usps told me the my address didn’t match the address they sent the product. That was 2 weeks ago, from that moment they never respond my emails again. I think I’m gonna give up with this company and just loose the money. But if you’re reading this before buying don’t do it.

I never received my item in the mail. I reached out to them to let them know that I never received it and that I would like a refund, and they refused to give me a refund.

The shipping time is extremely bad. I emailed them and said I’m in the US for 8 days only to expedite the shipping but no one ever cared and now I’m leaving and I don’t know what on earth will happen to this order. The customer service don’t reply to email promptly and obviously are not solving issues. I regret using this website without even trying the product.

I ordered the facial glow device 21 days ago and they sent me an email to ask for my credit card photo even if my money went into their account the next day. I waited for 2 weeks for the product to arrive before sending them an email to ask for my money back. They replied after another week to tell me that they can't refund me because the device is already on its way. The order has not arrived yet and the tracking says that it's still being processed. I wish I found these comments sooner.

I purchased the Nadove Micro-glow facial wand. I own a Solowave and wanted larger surface area coverage. It arrived and it is not right. It actually zapped my skin and felt like I got shocked. I contacted the company and they are refusing to allow me to return the product. They are haggling back and forth saying they will let me keep it and five me 20% of my money back. It has been going on for weeks. I then wrote a review with 1 star on their Nadove site and they do not show their 1 star reviews. They claim to have none. Buyer beware. Do not purchase from this company.

Their products are so useful. I have used them several times and enjoyed working with them.

This product is so cheap I feel totally stupid now for believing their marketing and sales pitch. It’s literally crap. And they don’t take returns. They say they do. But it takes them weeks to respond and they ask for proof that it’s poor quality. Read your reviews - that should be proof. Don’t waste your money dear reader. You can do better.

Sounds like I should have found this website before buying. Same thing happened to me, they charged my CC a month before getting a shipping confirmation and then when I finally got it, it came broken. Emailed them right away and heard nothing. Contacted my CC company to dispute and then all of the sudden they responded. However nothing has been done by them. I also left a 1 star review that is not showing up on their website.

TOTAL SCAM!
I sent a request to return 5 mintes after opening this very cheaply made product. They responed to ask why and that was the last I heard from them. DO NOT ORDER>>>>DO NOT BELIEVE THE TIK TOK VIDEOS....this product is crap! No customer service...noone responding to emails. SCAM SCAM

I have being trying to return my item and they only get back to me on Saturdays but aren’t diligent about an actual refund. They reply with a very generic response and it’s been incredibly frustrating!!! Any time I try and leave a 1 star review on their website it doesn’t show up on their website…

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. They never responded to my return request. Run!!!!!

I have ordered the glow facia device and have yet to receive it. Also, I never received an email confirmation of my order however my card was charged on April 19 buy this website. I will be calling my credit card to dispute this charge, as I believe This to be a fraudulent website and add on Instagram.

This company is a scam. I ordered your “Nadone Micro-Glow Facial” on April 13th after finding them on Instagram (who I have also alerted) and went to see when it would arrive and there is no order showing in my instagram account and also no confirmation email thought thankfully, I took a screenshot of the confirmation after purchase and I checked and you have 100% taken the money out of my account with a total of $48.93 going to “SP NADOVE” posted 4/15/2024.
Please advise with a resolution at your earliest convenience. I either need a refund or the device that I have paid for as thus far the ordering process has been anything but smooth. I obviously want the device, but no communication has been sent and I have no record of the order in my email or again, in instagram, though, again, you have definitely taken the money out of my account officially, April 15th.

The conf# I was given is HOKOXYH8Y - though I do not know if those are O’s or zeros. I have typed this in and your site is saying it cannot find the order.
I have kept a record of this correspondence & would appreciate a reply & resolution at your earliest convenience.

Again, I have emailed them directly, Sent a message through their Contact Us page, there is no phone number listed anywhere, so they have essentially stolen my money and will not respond. They must be shut down and I will personally see to it that they stop operating and stealing people's money.
