Concerns about transparency of Certificate of Analysis for injectable product
I contacted NAD+ At Home to request a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for their injectable NAD+ product, which they advertise as being available for every order. Instead of simply providing clear documentation, I was challenged on why I was asking, with the company questioning my request because I had not placed an order for some time.
Given this is a premium-priced injectable product, I was genuinely shocked by that response. Asking to see what is in an injectable product before purchasing again should not require justification.
The CoA that was eventually shared raised further concerns. It did not identify the manufacturer or any external testing laboratory, relied on “in-house” testing without supporting detail, and listed results only as “complies” or “not detected” without explaining testing methods or standards. The signatures on the document were generic and non-identifiable, making it impossible to verify who had authorised the analysis.
While communication remained polite, the company ultimately confirmed they would not provide any further documentation or additional detail beyond what was already shared. For an injectable product sold at this price point, I expected far greater transparency.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering injectable products to do their own research and ensure they are fully comfortable with the level of testing transparency provided, as this experience left me uncomfortable proceeding with another purchase.

What you supplied is not a legitimate Certificate of Analysis. A Microsoft Word document containing generic statements such as “complies” and “not detected”, without quantitative results, test methods, laboratory accreditation details, batch-specific analytical data, or a verifiable issuing laboratory, does not meet any recognised definition of a COA.
You market your product on the basis of purity and transparency. What you provided demonstrates neither.
This is not about requesting “commercially sensitive” information. A valid COA for an injectable product would ordinarily include, at a minimum:
-The name and accreditation of the testing laboratory
- Analytical methods used (e.g. HPLC, endotoxin testing methodology)
-Quantitative purity results (not qualitative statements)
-Lot-specific data traceable to the finished vial
-Signatures or verification from the issuing laboratory
The document you supplied contains none of this. It is not independently verifiable, not traceable, and not fit to be described as a COA for an injectable product.
Stating that this is “consistent with industry practice” does not make it accurate, and referencing customer opinions is irrelevant to the authenticity of compliance documentation. Whether or not a product has been used has no bearing on whether regulatory or quality documentation is genuine.
Please stop misrepresenting this document as a Certificate of Analysis. Advertising purity and transparency while providing non-verifiable, internally produced paperwork is misleading.
Unless you are able to provide a proper, laboratory-issued COA for the batch supplied, this matter remains unresolved.

The difference in expectations related not to the existence of the COA, but to a follow up request for unredacted, commercially sensitive information (such as manufacturer identity and proprietary testing detail), which we do not disclose publicly.
The COA supplied is a legitimate customer-facing document confirming the composition, purity, and compliance of the finished product, using standard industry reporting such as “complies” and “not detected.” This format is consistent with how similar products are documented across the injectable wellness sector, and reflects the same customer-facing approach used by other brands offering comparable products.
Every batch we produce is tested and released through our quality and compliance processes to a high standard. We would also note that this feedback reflects a personal view formed without using the product, whereas many verified customers who have purchased and used our products have reported shared positive experiences.

I have had a really positive experience using NAD and the injection pen. The instructions make it super simple and quick to use, with no mess or loss of the fluid.

One possible reason the impact felt different compared to earlier orders is that, if you’ve been using NAD⁺ regularly, your levels may already be well supported. In that situation, the effects can feel less noticeable, as the body doesn’t always respond in the same way once it’s no longer depleted. Some people find they need less, or less frequent dosing, rather than more.
We often explain this using a “bucket” analogy: the goal is to fill the bucket to an optimal level without letting it overflow. Striking the right balance helps ensure you’re maximizing the benefits without overloading the system.
Having a few issues with air bubble still present in pen
I had a few issues with the delivery company but Holly Q at customer service was very helpful and things got sorted out. If my rating had just been on this experience, I would have given a higher rating. However, on first using the Nad+ pen, I wasn’t able to get rid of the air bubble, despite priming the pen multiple times. So every time I use the first cartridge, I need to make sure that I tilt the pen a certain way so that the bubble is away from the needle part. I raised this problem with customer service and was told I would be send a replacement pen, which I am still waiting for.
Another issue is that each cartridge is supposed to provide 10 doses, however I injected dose 8 this morning and there are definitely not two more doses in the cartridge. Probably only one more, at a push and with the added issue of the air bubble still present.
As for results, it is probably too early to tell.
I will give these products another month to try, but if the issues are still present with the pen and air bubble, and no visible improvement in myself, I will be cancelling my subscriptions. But I am hoping things will improve as the weeks pass.

In relation to the cartridge doses, each cartridge is designed to allow for the stated number of doses when drawn accurately. However, small variations can occur depending on priming, air displacement, and individual technique.
Regarding results, you’re absolutely right that it can be too early to tell. Many clients find benefits build gradually over several weeks as levels begin to stabilise, rather than noticing immediate changes.
