Cheap, Not Worth It
I purchased ear cuffs from this company and within less than a week the "gems" in the cuffs were falling out. When I asked them what a fair resolution would be for this issue they offered that they could repair it free of cost but it would be a 5-7 week turnaround time and could not guarantee that this wouldn't happen again. After much back and forth, the director of customer service verbally harassed and screamed at me on the phone before hanging up on me. (Funny enough, this happened on speaker phone in a doctor's office as everyone sitting there listened in shock - thank you for sinking your own ship).
It's cheap quality hiding behind a higher price point facade with unprofessional client relations should you encounter an issue. Don't be fooled.
