The ordering of the wig to the shipping was great,and the wig was gorgeous I love the wig!

I ordered a Red curly wig on 12/15/25, i did not receive the wig which by the way was NOT the wig that attracted me to the website. I received a black wig which is NOT human hair, the wig is synthetic, i see alot of positve reviews on the wig that i saw that brought me to the website in the 1st place, unfortunately that was NOT the wig i received. I'm very disappointed they're not offering what they're advertising. I won't ever use this company again.

I purchased a wig and was told that they didn't have the length I wanted. I could either get a shorter length and they would refund the difference or make the length I wanted but delivery would take a bit longer. As I wasn't in a rush I didn't mind. I was then told that they would send me the longer length at no extra cost. The wig arrived and it's even nice than I thought. The colour is beautiful, it's breathable, the bye bye knots are perfect. I can't wait to wear it. Just gorgeous.
I will definitely buy from them again.

I must confess that store was not my first option after some bad scenarios in the past. But I was looking for a specific wig and they had what I was needing. So, I am thoroughly impressed with this piece. The delivery was remarkably fast, and the wig itself is beautiful, featuring a unique color and uniform, well-distributed curls.
As a human hair and wig expert, I followed a strict restoration protocol. Upon wetting the hair, I detected a strong carbonized odor. Consistent with what I have observed in three other thermally modified pieces from Nadula, this unit showed clear signs of thermal retraction. (As a feedback. Pay attention in the 'maximum paramethers of temperature')

Technically, the fiber was severely malnourished. I applied L’Oréal Absolut Repair Molecular followed by a custom blend of Wella Enrich, Maui, and cold-pressed coconut oil. The instant absorption confirmed the damage from the industrial heat process. I also performed a technical trim of one inch and added subtle layers to remove dehydrated ends.

The final result is stunning: high-definition curls with incredible volume and health. I love this wig, but I highly recommend the manufacturer reviews their thermal systems to avoid irreversible damage. A great purchase for those with the expertise to treat it!

I used to enjoy Nadula until I ordered a wig and never received it. I checked and the tracking number shows it was still waiting for the label to created. I asked for a refund and they rejected my refund. Filed a complaint with BBB. I will never or my friends will not support Nadula. The order is still showing label to be created...They do not take care of their customers to satisfy them.

Ordered a wig NM899723790513215335 and when it arrived it was nothing like the videos or pictures, total trash, cheap synthetic mixed rubbish, requested for a refund twice only had a reply stating £10 credit, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered bundles and a closure for an event and it arrived later than anticipated. I had to make another purchase for my event. Customer service was very helpful and responsive. Once the hair arrived, the quality was great. Rosie gave me a partial refund for my inconvenience.

My hair came fast! They didn't have the 16 inches I ordered and upgraded me to 20 inches for free, good business! This was much 1st time ordering from them and won't be my last!

I was sent poor hair quality and they are now ignoring my refund request. Klarna is now involved yet they still are not complying

Nadula you stated you never received my emails but how did you have my email in your reply back to me you still never reached out work on communication and giving consumers responses for returns because thats not right how you do your customers im sure im not the only one!!!!

I was so excited to receive my wig. Put after looking at the wig , the work-ship was above average put it just did not suite me. I decided to return the wig. when I email to get my refund I went through all the necessary requirements to receive my refund . I was treated very unprofessional buy someone name Annie . I think that Annie need to go through the course on costumer’s service training. again so I decided to reach out technical support I spoke with John and someone by the name of Michael who was very understanding to the issue I was having with my return. He defuse the situation with easy and renew my confidence with your company. We need a lot more John and Micheal to go around thank you John and Micheal for helping me in resolving my issue . You both are well appreciated.

The hair did not meet my expectation, I believe that it was made in a rush as it took weeks for me to receive it. Also there were a lot of imperfections such as density, unevenness and shedding. I reached out to the company and Michael was super helpful in ensuring that my issues were taken care of, he always responded to my emails very timely. Because of this great customer relation, I will purchase from Nadula in the future.
