I found NAGA on Facebook and decided to…

I found NAGA on Facebook and decided to open an account, even though I had a bad experience with another platform in the past. Shortly after registering, I received a call from their customer support team. They explained how the platform works and guided me step by step, which made me feel much more comfortable getting started.

After about two weeks of using the platform with their support, I can say I’m very satisfied so far. I also tested the withdrawal process, and I received my money in less than 48 hours, which was a big relief for me.

The copy trading feature is especially impressive and easy to use. I also appreciate that for deposits under $2,000, the process is simple and straightforward.

1. TlAccount Verification & Deposit Too Much Delays

1. Verification of Documents were cumbersome and too long to completed, almost 2 weeks.
2. Deposit update to the trading account we're delayed and took too long to be confirmed.

I'm not fine and infact very much disappointed, frustrated and upset about how you conducted the first trade with me!
I feel if you're an experienced manager, you guided me irresponsible with carelessness!
Why you did you tell me to use 1.2 volume, no take profit and no stop order with no risk management?
Just imagine how risky that's with the kind of little funds ($514) I had into the account that's now all gone with just the first trade due to listening to your ill advise from poor judgement, honestly!
Infact I thought you're the best manager, but now I understand you not!
I expected much better guidance thus why I told Levi, the junior account manager, I needed to start with copy trading but instead he insisted I rather trade under the guidance of the manager for some reasons he stated!
I also thought I was following the right advice!
Look at what you guys put myself into now, worse than
I could have rather followed my instincts and rather traded by myself and do Copy Trading instead of listening to your stupid advise!
But why did you give me such a poor advice and reckless guidance?

17/02/2026: [1st Disastrous Trades]
My NAGA 1st trade with the senior account manager was a disaster and unprofessional. The account manager failed dismally to guide me to choose the safe volume for gearing but instead misguided me to use 1.2 volume for such account balance. You not from the message above I opted for copy trading from experience expert trade leaders but the clueless manager chose to deceive me with 1st trade for some whatever reasons knownn by himself alone as he never explained to me why we should chose NGAS US and what were the implications or possibility results.
Now myself being a pension suggest a redress to help restore my trading confidence and dignity with NAGA Broker company. I know that I may be sounds unreasonable but how do allow or support such irresponsible careless account managers to discourage potential trade clients to invest with NAGA when relationship often destroyed from 1st trade with no compasssion nor sympathy or any kind of responsibility when clients lose money before even entertaining the trading market. I think the account manager were deliberate and planned for whatever reasons he knows himself.
Could NAGA attend to my concern, and complaint for both redress and accountability.

I'm still sticking to my guns that I want my refund of R20 000 that i invested with Naga and they can keep their profit that I made with them that they refused when i tried to withdraw in december 21 2025

I have ordered my credit card company to bring back my hard earned R20 000 from Naga ,there's no way i can make a profit and they refused me to withdraw it unless your company is a 'scam' what happened to the profit? why are they refusing their customers not to withdraw? they can keep the profit but my R20 000 must comeback because it's mine i have worked for it
