Overall decent, but there are definitely things that could be polished
Overall decent experience, just a few minor things that could be improved.
No serious issues, just occasional delays when switching between games.
Password reset email took forever. Thought I'd entered the wrong address.
The progress bar for wagering is vague and doesn’t show what exactly counts. I played some games and it barely moved, with no explanation. Feels discouraging.
The “100% bonus” basically locked my deposit. Couldn’t withdraw the small win I made because apparently using the bonus means everything is tied up in wagering. Would’ve preferred no bonus at all.
The transaction and game history pages are so basic. You can’t filter properly, can’t export, can’t search by date easily. When I tried to check one specific session, it took ages clicking back and forth. Not user-friendly at all.
Only noticed after winning that they cap withdrawals per month. If you go over, you have to wait another month for the rest. It’s in the terms but feels very unfriendly to any lucky player. I’d rather not have that worry in the back of my mind.
Promos say they end at midnight, but apparently in some other time zone. I missed a couple offers because the countdown didn’t match my local time. Sloppy implementation.
Tried relaxing on the couch with my iPad and the slots kept closing randomly. Reloading helped for a bit then same problem. After the third time mid-bonus, I just quit and deleted my account.
Setting deposit limits should be front and center, but you have to dig through menus to find them. Almost like they don’t really want you to use that option.
Tried to reset my password and the link kept saying expired even when I clicked it immediately. Took three attempts and finally chat had to manually send another. Sloppy system.
Apparently because I bet too high on one spin they voided my whole bonus and the winnings from it. There was some obscure rule in the T&Cs about “max bet”. Felt petty and sneaky.
If you only log in once in a while, everything is stacked against you. Bonuses expired, promos halfway done, and your tiny balance just vanishes fast. It feels more tuned for grinders than normal people.
Their “daily offers” calendar is confusing. Some days show locked, some say “claim now” but clicking does nothing. I ended up ignoring it altogether, which probably isn’t what they intended.
I thought the bonus was on my first three deposits, but apparently I clicked something wrong and only got it once. Terms are written in such a messy way that I still can’t tell what happened.
The transaction history is super basic. Hard to track what happened with each bonus, where funds moved from real to bonus balance. Makes it confusing, maybe deliberately so.
I didn’t rage or anything, I just realized after a week that I’d put more in than I ever got back, and the sessions weren’t even that fun. So yeah, I’m done here.
