Not so bad. Pretty better than a lot of the Lagos-based hosts.Well, the cream of what I've seen in Nigeria so far. Way to go, people.

Plans and pricing offers are really awesome compared to the national industry average.

Domain pricing is very modest.

Your site's Home page is really cool.

The alternative payment channel idea is really great and simplifies your somewhat murky payment channels.

The dollar payment alternative can be a trifle bit more user-friendly.I could have paid in dollars but it was difficult.The use of virtual dollar cards in Nigeria is the way to go and your platform needs to make room for dollar credit/debit card payments.

Backend support is rather slow. Sometimes I get the feeling the support Resource is a newbie like me!
DIY processes for nameserver updates should be setup on your platforms. They don't have to be a backend service.Take a look at some international webhosts like Namecheap and Dreamhost in this regard.

I still wonder the sense in mailing me our chat threads instead of addressing my complaints directly.
