The website was easy to use
The website was easy to use. The order that I received was delt with professionally and effectively. However, unfortunately there were items out of stock which didn't show when I put my order in. If I had known, I would have probably ordered from another site as it was those products I needed!

Orders taken for products they can’t supply
An item I ordered was notified as not available and refunded very late - just before delivery. I had only ordered three opi nail polish bottles so the postage for receiving only two made the whole experience not good value for money. If I had been told earlier I would have cancelled the whole order so I will not be using this company again.

Excellent products at a great price. Delivery not the quickest, but I wasn’t in any rush and it was free. You can’t really complain at that.

I placed an order with Nailsupply and two days later I had a telephone call from them saying a part of my order could not be completed as it was out of stock but could offer a larger size. As I was happy with the larger size, I then had an email to pay a little exter and two days later my order arrived. I an so impressed with their service.

Horrible staff, DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!
They instantly stop you at the door if you are not a Business owner. Do not waste your time and money visiting this shop. It was very cluttered and not welcoming. They need to update there website to inform people that they are strictly wholesale as to not waste people time. Overall was not worth the trip
