Very disappointing experience.
I purchased a pair of shoes for €160, and after less than 4 months of normal use, they already developed holes on the inside. For a product in this price range, this is simply unacceptable and clearly not what you would expect in terms of quality or durability.
When I contacted customer service, my claim was dismissed as “normal wear and tear.” According to them, the issue was caused by continued use, even though shoes should obviously be wearable for more than just a few months without falling apart.
What I find most frustrating is the willingness to offer any reasonable solution. No repair, no replacement, no compensation, nothing.
For a brand positioning itself in this price segment, I expected much better quality and customer service. Instead, I was left with defective shoes and no support at all.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing here.

We completely understand how disappointing it can be to have a claim rejected, and we are sorry for the frustration!
After a thorough assessment of the shoes, we could see that they have been exposed to extensive wear, to the point where there was almost no fabric left in the heel area.
This type of wear is considered normal usage over time and is unfortunately not something the brand can be held responsible for, nor can it be categorized as a manufacturing defect.
We are genuinely happy to see that you have enjoyed and made good use of the shoes, but when a product has been used this intensively, it will fall outside the scope of what can be considered a production fault under the warranty rules.
