Lovely soft bamboo socks

Lovely soft bamboo socks, comfy and warm with just enough stretch.
They were delivered in a neat box (great if they were a gift) which fitted through the letterbox. Delivery was by Royal Mail (always prefer!) And completed quickly with updates. A perfect purchase experience.

Absolutely love these socks

Absolutely love these socks! They’re incredibly soft, with excellent quality you can feel right away. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. This is my one and only go-to place for socks, and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Very good quality

The socks are accurately described, beautifully packaged and very safely wrapped. I have had before and very pleased with the quality. They wash and keep their shape well and very comfortable to wear.

Poor quality and poor service

I ordered 5 pairs of bamboo socks for £40. They are very poor quality, thin and tight around the legs. It is not clear how to obtain a refund from the website and I have emailed support twice with no response so have been left with socks I can’t wear with no idea how to return them and I’m £40 down. Very disappointed.

I wanted to let you know that I personally replied to your email today (Monday), processed a full refund, and offered you an alternative solution. Your message came through late on Friday, and as our office is closed over the weekend, we didn’t have a chance to reply to emails until today.

For any weekend queries, we do have our live chat available, and we normally send a free return label straight away so you can return your item free of charge.
