Money sent but not delivered – No response from support!

Review (شکایت):
I sent €120 (PKR 39,138.12) from my MAMA NALA app account on May 6, 2025, from Valencia, Spain to Pakistan (recipient: Muhammad Awais). The amount was divided into two transactions:
• €100 (Rs. 32,615.10)
• €20 reward (Rs. 6,523.02)

To date, the recipient has not received either transaction. I have contacted NALA support multiple times through the in-app help center and email. At first, they responded, but now they have completely stopped replying.

This is very disappointing and unprofessional for a financial service. I am requesting immediate clarification and refund if the transfer cannot be completed. If unresolved, I will be forced to report this to EU and UK consumer protection authorities.
