Arman Abadian is a the best communicator I have seen, he will make sure that your application will be completed in a timely manner. This had lowered my interest rate by half, it is amazing and cost saving.

Monica Ramos was very professional and courteous. It may the process go much smoother. I felt overwhelmed throughout the process and she kept assisting me further than is expected of her. She also called a place (ups store near home) to ask if a notary was there because I kept not finding places to notarize it for me. It really seemed easy but with her guidance only. i am very grateful and appreciative that i made the phone call to refinance with them. She also called different creditors to get better deals lower interest rates. If she was not dedicated ahe could have only gave me option number one and didnt keep attempting to get lower interest rates or deals! i am super happy. i think the full process is only taking 3 full days if they receive my dovument by tomorrow evening. therefore in only three days total i am lowering interest from about 12 percent to only 8.05%interest. payment from 553 to 418. Definitely worth your attempt. i am very low income and not Great credit score to be honest and i am very please to lower it anything! Monica Ramos went above and beyond my expectations. Felt difficult for me only because i do not own a printer lol. that was the hardest getting four pages printed lol! give them a CALL. You wont lose anything for trying!

Brandon Fernandez was very helpful throughout the process. He was professional, cordial and personable. If I had any questions or concerns throughout the process Brandon was there to answer no problem.
