Ordered multiple things, and all came the next day with very fast shipping. The packaging was discreet and when I had an issue they replied within minutes. Will come back for sure.

I have a pain disorder and placed a large order for my birthday. I was unfortunately substituted another color for one of the units, without any notice or even asking if I still want it.
I ordered from them online as the limited edition unit showed in-stock. However, when they didn't have the limited edition in stock to fill my order, so they sent another (ugly) color.
One look at my account would have shown them I have this item in black - so clearly I was just ordering this because it was limited edition.
When I contacted them to rectify it I was offered a refund when I send it back, but no care or customer service other than to pass the blame on to someone else (saying the shipper made a mistake). When I further advised I would not be a returning customer - I got no response, they clearly don't care.

Ordered a mouthpiece for my vape and came in broken, since then I've been trying to contact them through email and got no response whatsoever, the mouthpiece is made of glass and can't be used, haven't got neither a response or a refund.

Prices might be be pretty good, but this company will substitute your order without your permission. I ordered a Black Mamba Vaporizer almost a week before Black Friday sale. They advertised and sold out of the mamba on cyber Monday. So unfortunately I did not get a black mamba and did not know that until the substitute was delivered to my door a week after cyber Monday for which I had paid extra for expedited shipping. Shipping was fast, processing was almost 2 weeks. I was in contact with Namaste and started a chat session with one of there support people. After a number of emails back and forth they indicated that I should be happy with my substitute and if not I was to package up the substitute and ship it back. However still no comment about the black mamba I ordered and I have not heard anything more back from the run around from there customer service rep. I know Toronto Vape maybe be a little more expensive but there customer service is awesome!

Please do not order from this company claiming to have such great customer service and caring about its customers because they do not!!! Ordered a linx Gaia from them thinking it was coming from Canada and after receiving tracking info realized it was coming from Florida and after using there chat page realized they are not set up in Canada!!
After telling them the product that they sent me from Florida did not work, told me they would make sure I received a product that would work, guess what I received a link to the linx website telling me to use the warranty!!!
Use the warranty, nice! Instead of saying you know what we will send you a new one with a return packaging inside so you can return it to us, now that would be customer service!!!
Let me say again I was unable to use the
product not even once, but they have my money, again nice!! So if you are in Canada and thinking of buying from this company DONT!!
Save your money and look for a place in your own area cause they do exist, wish I had of done that, wouldn’t be writing a review, I would be using my product...thanks Namaste Vapes

Great experience. Ordered a $450 vape. Cheaper than any other Canadian retailer. Came to my house in edmonton in 2 days with the free standard shipping. 10/10 will definitely order again

I wanted to buy a new Pax and came across Namaste Vapes Canada. 10:00 am to 10:00 pm customer service including live chat? As a super anal shopper, this really appealed to me. On top of that, the Pax was the cheapest I found online; even cheaper than the Pax site! Man these guys seem super fair. I was wondering if there was tax tagged on the price and after a delightful chat with my new friend Savannah, she assured me that Namaste Vapes absorbs all taxes. Superb! Ordered the Pax and a few accessories (free Fedex shipping!). That night, I was reading emails before going to bed and realized that I had ordered a black device instead of the silver that I originally wanted. Damn... It was past 11:00 pm so I shot off an email to info not knowing whether they will get to switch it in time before dispatch (or get to read the email at all). Chatted with Savannah at 10:00 am next day to confirm and she told me that in her system it was already silver. The switch was already done... Ok. These guys are serious. "When do you think you guys will ship the items out" I asked, "hopefully today" she replied, "we wanna get all of our shipments out before the hurricane". Didn't think much of it till I realized that these guys were in Florida, Miami to be exact! The hurricane hit them the next day and I got my items 3 days later... These guys were rushing not to save their stock or take cover, these guys were rushing to get all the orders out to their customers on time... If I tell you that I shed a tear of love when I found this out believe me. I have never seen such a fair, human, and caring merchant in my life and I will never ever buy any vape or vaping accessory from anywhere else. As dumb as this may sound, my shopping experience with Namaste Vapes gave me a boost of hope for the world. That there are companies and individuals out there that want to help me rather than take advantage of me... Namaste Vapes, I love you guys and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being real, caring, and fair. It is as clear as day that your main intention as a team is to serve your customers to the very best that you can WELL before considerations of profit or market share.... If you wanna buy any vape related items, don't even consider any other site than this one. Peace.

In all honesty Namaste Vapes is a very good company. The user interface for their website is clear and concise which makes ordering very simple and straight forward. When I asked the customer support some questions (Harley) was very professional, and he/she did his/her best to keep this customer happy.
All in all I will continue purchasing from Namaste Vapes, and will recommend friends to purchase from them as well.

I would highly recommend Namaste Vapes. After placing an order and having a problem, I contacted the customer service dept. and spoke to Savannah. She kept in contact with me and made sure that all was well. It was such an unexpected positive experience that I felt compelled to give credit where credit is due. I will certainly be purchasing from them again in the future.
