The domain renewal process was very easy however...

The domain renewal process was very easy. What took it down from a 5 star experience is that I saw that you gave me an option to renew for 10 years. I selected that option and just got a generic "Failed" error. no details on why. I renewed for 3 years as I KNOW that worked in the past, but either don't allow me to select 10 years if it is not available, or give me a better failure reason other than "failed".

Worst experience claiming domain via github student pack

Honestly, claiming my domain through the GitHub Student Pack was a total nightmare. I followed their official guide word-for-word, but the site kept bugging out. Every time I logged in with my authorized GitHub account, the price would randomly revert to full cost at checkout. Between the login glitches and the broken steps in their support docs, the whole UX is a mess. They seriously need to fix this and update their guides because the current process is frustrating and broken.
