In India accept Indian modes of payments

If you are working in India, better accept all other cards, UPI,, net banking etc. You have GPay, but insist on registering a card, with international pymt enabled on it. You know now i tried atleast 6 cards multiple times, sheer waste of time in Payment every year. I need to complain to FM, RBI etc to change your system to accept all payment mode acceptable in India for ease of business.

STAY AWAY - NOT WORTH THE RISK

Name.com has no phone number listed on their website. No way to contact them except through their support area of their website should you ever have an issue (which I have had). They simply send canned answers to all inquiries and not addressing the issue you may have. I would stay away from this company as they have NO SUPPORT and NO WAY TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. MUST BE HIDING SOMETHING!!

high renewal price

I've been a loyal customer for many years. I logged on to renew my domain a few days before the deadline and was charged much higher price than previously this year.

name.com responded to my complaint in this review to apologize and issue a partial refund, so I am revising my rating from negative to neutral. I do not approve of the price hikes, which seem disproportionate in comparison with other registrars, but the customer service experience was positive, and I do feel valued as a customer.

The website was dead slow

The website was dead slow. Also when I renewed my domain, the massage 'wait while the transaction is being processed' never went away. It just sat there. I finally gave up waiting and logged of and back on and the transaction did get processed but never let me know.
