My order was delayed
My order was delayed, apparently due to machinery problems. I paid the fee to expedite it and a customer service rep was supposed to be in touch but did not contact me. Our name badges were not here in time for our event and no one got in touch.
They were fine when they did arrive though.

I never received my name tags. I filled out all of my information properly, and yet I'm receiving emails calling me Wanda? And like I said, never received my name tags.

The fact that I only had to set up our NBCC logo once is one of the best features you have, just send in the order and in a few days it is here in New Brunswick, Canada, is so nice.
