Website not functional/ no customer service
Website not functional, Hard time ordering because fonts to select are not visible. I contacted them to let them know. They said they would work on it and let me know when it was back up. They did not. I went on and ordered one with the default font because it had been 3 weeks with no response from the company. I uploaded my color logo and recieved a black and white logo on the actual name badge. We are going to find a better place to order from in the future.

The design and ordering process was very easy and while I had a hiccup with receiving my package the first time due to some campus mail issues, they resolved it quickly and resent the package ASAP to me. Their customer service person was very prompt in keeping me updated and in resolve this situation with me.
