I have purchased on three ocassions from Named and it has always been a pleasant experience with great speedy service and a great product. The personalised jewellery boxes are a beautiful gift for any little girl.

I sent in the order for a suitcase for my grandsons birthday a month before I needed it. Three weeks passed with no delivery or explanation despite two emails being sent. Finally got onto someone via the mobile number(no answer on landline). She said that they had been called overseas unexpectantley. I understand these things happen but running a business has responsibility to customers too. The order was pushed through and sent express post but not sure I would use this business again.

I have used Named for many years and have always received prompt, efficient and friendly service. They have a large range of interesting gifts within various price ranges.

A beautiful doll for my new grandaughter; my other two grandaughters love their dolls, which I purchased from you, still enjoy play time with them.

the personalised backpack makes a great gift idea for a new baby. Limited choice in the boys backpacks and postage is expensive.

Terrible. Ordered 3 Kids Gardening Sets back in June and still havent arrived. Sent 3 emails, message on messenger and on the site an no one gets back to me.

I found that the customer service was appalling with phone calls and emails never responded to. Product took nearly a month to arrive and even then was not sent a courtesy message to inform me that my product was being sent. I feel that my product was only sent after we said that police would be involved to retrieve the money I had paid.
