Design was completely wrong, and ring arrived very late
Received a ring 4 weeks after ordering and the design was nothing like what was discussed.
They offered to correct it, and the next ring they sent me was even more wrong than the original!
I got in touch again with Emily who then proceeded to ignore my emails completely. I sent seven (7) emails to her over the course of a week in the hope of receiving a response, but no joy. Had to issue a chargeback through my credit card company.
It's nice that they offer personalised designs, but it's no good if they don't deliver on the promise.
