My certificate expired because I missed the renewal notifications. Phone support took a while to reach, but once I got through, the team was helpful and got a new certificate set up quickly.

I had great phone support. Very helpful staff and also kind. The plugins for signing and the website itself are kind of complicated and feel old and too Italian:)) But it's ok.

very satisfied with Namirial's

We have been using Namirial's electronic signature for our company, and our experience has been very good. The activation process was straightforward, the service works reliably, and it integrates well with ANAF and our daily business activities. On the few occasions we needed assistance, the support team responded promptly and helped us resolve our questions efficiently. Overall, we are satisfied with both the product and the customer service.

Ok produc, but customer service could be a lot better

I purchased an electronic signature for 1 year. I didn’t enjoy the identity verification process. It was fast, but the person I talked to seemed so unsatisfied with her job and so eager to close our call, didn’t even say good bye, left me speaking by myself. Then figuring out how to actually use the product took a while, though I had espected to get instructions step by step. That was not the case, I had to google. The app that is needed has limited options, you need to pay a premium plan in order to sign documents in bulk for example. This might be the norm, but not what I had expected.

Overall OK, but online documentation lacks

The online walkthrough for installation on Windows and MacOS can be improved, to provide textual description of steps, solution for commonly encountered issues, like being unable to login using the certificate in a browser on the ANAF site.
Finally all issues have been resolved with the help of a consultant.
