Unfortunately, for the moment couldnt make the signature working. Couldnt find, as well, if it can be used on mac or not and still no answer from customer support.

It goes through a lot of checkpoints. I am not sure if it is really secure, but it gives the impression that it is secure.
It requires a lot of attention during installation. I am not sure about the activation and installation of digital signatures from other companies, but this one was not easy. Still, as it was my first purchase of a digital signature, I can't give a fully informed feedback. I am happy I can use it withouth any problem. Maybe after a while and other experiences I will be able to say more.

As a early user, there is no inconvenience until now. I will come back after an year of usage!

My experience has been disappointing.

The service itself may be acceptable, but the overall process is very complicated, not transparent, not intuitive, and not customer-oriented. It is not easy to find, understand, or use, and there are no clear tutorials or practical guidance.

From a customer perspective, it feels like the product was designed by a team that may be too focused on the technical side and not enough on the real user experience.

I respect your company, especially because it is from Senigallia, a place I love and consider my second home. However, I strongly believe you should make the process much easier for customers: easier to obtain the digital signature, easier to use it safely in the cloud, and easier to understand how it can help in daily activities.

You should also create better content and tutorials, not only to promote the digital signature itself, but also to explain its practical use: how to access it, how to use it correctly, and what daily problems a Namirial certified signature can help solve.

I wish you all the best and sincerely hope to see a major improvement in your customer experience.

My identity verification process took approximately two hours to complete, which was longer than expected. The UKC platform used to authorize the signature supports only a single certificate, which was somewhat limiting. Additionally, I needed assistance from customer support to configure the signature so that it would work properly with Adobe.
Apart from these initial setup challenges, the platform works very well. Once everything was configured, the signing process was smooth and reliable, and overall I am satisfied with the experience.
