Can I give a minus?.???

I purchased a photo for my sister, paid a lot of money. Had no communication apart from an email to eat 8 out was running late
. Finally received the photo.... wrong one!!!! A photo of jess and nick .... .... who eve you are i have your photo.

NAMLY is a SCAM company

NAMLY is a SCAM company. They will taker your money, but never deliver any goods.
On December 8th I ordered some items from them. They should be delivered "within 1-6 days".
On December 18th after having heard nothing I wrote the "company", who promised to reply within 24 hours. No reply.
On December 20th I wrote and cancelled the order.
On December 23rd they withdrew the money from my bank account.
I have now reported NAMLY to the Police.

After not responding for a week, NAMLY called and later refunded the money. The report to the police was recalled.

Purchased some posters for Christmas

Purchased some posters for Christmas, ordered before the cut off date on the website but then got emails saying it's delayed. I emailed twice with no reply to see if it would get to me in time. Unfortunately it's not going to arrive in time for Christmas, so that's pretty shit. I understand being busy this time of year but if you cant handle the amount of orders to get dispatched on time, maybe put a cap on how many orders you take.

No package, no communication

2 weeks ago they emailed me that my package was ready to send and gave me the tracking link. According to the tracking link now, it still hasn't been sent. I sent an email 4 days ago to ask and haven't heard anything back. Thankfully I paid through PayPal so have been able to get a refund.

Don't go near them

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. It has been more than one month and I still haven’t received my item. Your team claimed that the apartment number was missing and said the product would be shipped again, yet there has been no communication. The post office has confirmed once again that the supplier did not include my full address.

No one has responded to my emails, and I have requested a refund with no reply. This has been a terrible customer experience and an extremely disappointing purchase.

Terrible company

Made an order for some gaming posters, received notification that my posters were being dispatched. A couple of days later received another saying there was a delay in dispatch. Contacted company as the posters were a vital part of kids Christmas present, and no emails answered. Now out of pocket and going to have to hunt down an alternative provider 2 weeks before Christmas… not gonna happen in time!

This is fake company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They have not sent any of my orders and I get no responses when trying to contact them. I wish I had read the poor reviews before! I am reporting them to Swedish police.

Great communication

Ordering was very easy. There was a delay in shipping and I was emailed about the delay and again when dispatched, so great communication. Product made me smile, love the pictures, but print quality could be improved.

Order took over a week to process and…

Order took over a week to process and then a week to send out. Once received it was the wrong order completely and I have now complained. It has no return note so I have no way of returning it this damaged faux marble sticker that I did not order. Massively disappointed and now just want my money back - complete waste of time

Avoid glow in the dark like the plague

The safari stickers are a great addition to my son's room, hopefully they won't start peeling. But the glow in the dark ones are ATROCIOUS. I could not get one single star off the paper even with tweezers. The cut outs do not go through deep enough to get an even image, and I ended up chucking them all in the bin.

Ordered a large picture over $100 nzd

Ordered a large picture over $100 nzd, been over a month and still no package. Been chasing them via email for updates and tracking links but with lack of reply. Stated they would come back to me within 1 working day yet still chasing them, they dont seem to care nor want to help. Poor service, they need to refund my item but doubt that will happen.

Very happy!

I was sceptical about ordering as I’d read so many negative reviews about this company, however, I decided to give it a go as I liked the colour of the tile stickers. Having recently moved to a different house I wanted a quick mini makeover for the bathroom. I found the whole ordering experience stress free, quick delivery too, from Sweden, and I love the tile stickers. Thank you Namly!

Poor quality, cheap looking

Ordered a poster size 100x 70. The paper quality was very poor as well as the colour rendering which did not at all correspond to online pictures. Overall very cheap looking product. Cannot recommend.
