Choose another company
I highly recommend that you choose another company to insure your boat.
My story is that I paid them 4000 euro to ensure my boat was safely insured. I had a damage which I reported correctly via their website following their instructions. Despite sending pictures and videos it took 3 weeks before they even acknowledge that my damage was real and not something I was faking.
Once they finally acknowledged the damage, I got an email back from them stating that the risk-taker they have chosen for my insurance are running insolvency proceeding.
Shortly explained it looks like the following is the result for me:
- I will most likely not get any money to repair my damage
- I will most likely not get any of my 4000 euro back
- My boat is most likely not insured any longer, hence I need to find another insurance company and pay insurance once again
Since 22nd of January they have sadly stopped answering my email.
I must admit that I am truly disappointed as a client. I highly recommend all boat owners to find another company when wanting to insure their boat.
