I attended her webinar and ended up having 1:1 clarity session and paid for the same 999/- INR which was refundable. At the end of the session, I decided not to take her services and demanded 999/- INR back. Today it has been around 3 weeks following up for 999/-. Now i have stopped follow up and made a complaint against her on consumer helpline. They are a big fraud, never trust their word. They are unable to keep commitment for 1k, how can we trust her and hand over 1 Lac rupees?

We engaged Namrata Ramola Branding Solutions for branding and content work for our food brand. What followed was months of delays, broken commitments, and a complete lack of accountability.
After a serious discussion involving their Manager Vikrant, the team stopped working on pending deliverables entirely — hiding behind excuses about an office shift for over a month. Significant work remains incomplete despite being contracted and paid for.
What makes this worse: they criticise work that was done by others outside their firm to push you into spending more with them. Their pitch is always the same — "invest more if you want better results" — rather than delivering on what was already agreed and paid. This is a pattern, not a one-off. They provide just half baked information upfront to secure your advance, then the delays, excuses, and additional money requests begin.
Even escalating to their CEO Namrata has been futile — she remains unresponsive and avoids addressing client concerns directly.
Do not sign a contract with them. Do not pay an advance. Do not trust their timelines or commitments.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — look elsewhere.

This is a fraud person, she takes money and dont even give any solutions I have followed many times with numbers they give in webinar but no response, She took more than 6k last year and no any update yet. Request everyone not to buy anything from her
