Great customer service
4 stars as their dispatch and delivery service is really fast and 4 stars as they listened to customer feedback and added missing items to their online stock. Need to Grow their online presence as not everyone is available to shop in store, so having all products available in store on the online shop would help spread the word to a bigger customer base. Customer service received online was very good. This store brings home a lot closer !!

Nanababa has to improve on their…
Nanababa has to improve on their delivery time...you seem to take more time than usual. While we experience high inflation and devaluation of the MWK where you buy your commodities, you still sell the products at denying asking prices. We know how much you buy some commodities back in Malawi but when you sell them here, you do so at uncessarily higher prices.
We buy from you for the love of the products and in an interest to support home founded business. You can relatively enjoy economies of scale if this is looked into. I mean your selling time against the quantity ordered will be reduced. I mean well. Hope to see a vibrant Nanababa. Signs are there that Nanababa can be a great website or place to do food shopping.

Thank you Kelvin for your honest feedback on how you our customers perceive the way we do business, Nanababa takes your comments very seriously as this is one of the ways we come into contact after sales.
You have mentioned on delivery time, we do our best to process every order within 1 hour of receiving the order and our Courier's cut of time is 12 noon on week days with no movement on Saturday and Sunday.
On how we manage our pricing on goods, I would invite you to come to our office so you see it how we price our goods. The Mw Kwacha might be loosing it's value on the Market but so do the selling prices go up in Malawi, don't forget we buy in bulk and for the prices to go down we need at least a few months to match the current economic situation not on weekly or monthly basis.
We promise to revisit our prices on every item we received the bulk so to give value to your money.
