Paid just under $800 before tax and shipping for a polyester mini dress and the quality does not justify the price. The fabric feels cheap, the fit is inconsistent and oddly constructed, and the overall execution reads mass-produced rather than properly developed.
What makes this worse is the lack of transparency. The brand presents itself as Los Angeles based, yet my order shipped directly from China with full tracking. If you are charging premium pricing under an LA identity, sourcing and fulfillment should align with that image.
The purchasing experience was unacceptable. After ordering, there were no messages from the brand for over a month. No clear order confirmation, no tracking updates, and repeated avoidance despite follow-ups. The product was not in stock and this was never disclosed. In standard retail practice, this falls under pre-order or backorder status and must be clearly labeled before purchase. None of that was done. This could have saved people shopping for holiday outfits from ending up with nothing to wear.
Instead, the item was aggressively marketed while unavailable. Ads were pushed constantly for months while the product was not ready to ship. Inventory status was not disclosed, and ads continued despite lack of fulfillment capacity.
“Design” and “development” are being used to justify a price point that far exceeds their actual per-unit impact. Pattern making, sampling, and fit testing are fixed costs that get distributed across production, leaving a relatively small cost per garment. Spreading those costs across units while adding substantial margin on top results in a price that does not reflect the underlying garment. That level of development does not command a four-figure valuation per dress.
The actual production cost of a polyester mini dress, including fabric, cutting, and sewing, is often in the $50 to $100 range even with decent construction. Roughly 10 to 20 percent of this price reflects the garment and development. The remainder is driven by brand positioning, marketing, and markup. The construction, materials, and scale here align with standard mass production rather than elevated garment making.
This operates like a heavily marked-up drop shipping model sold on image. The issue is brands using low-cost production to reduce expenses while inflating prices to extreme levels, concentrating profit among a small group while delivering minimal value to customers. The distance and opacity in that supply chain reduce accountability, which benefits the seller and leaves the buyer with the risk.
This pricing is inflated and the product does not deliver. Save yourself the disappointing, underwhelming hassle.

I purchased the Airina dress in my recommended size based off of the measurement guide and it was way too big. The team was so helpful in assisting with a return/exchange and the dress is perfect. The quality and construction are great!

I bought the Mariah dress in purple for an upcoming beach wedding. The color is gorg! Also the floaty layers are perfect for the setting. I bought a size S (usually a size XS) because I was a little nervous because other reviews say the brand runs small. It ended up being great! Fits well in the bust. My only complaint is that it's pretty long on me. I'm short (5'0) so I'll have to get it hemmed.

I truly love this brand! I have several dresses that definitely elevate my wardrobe! I would highly recommend going to the in-person store in Beverly Hills if at all possible to try on the clothes as some of the fits are different for some collections. They have sample sales in-store with great prices which I highly recommend! You can get great deals! I did read through other comments here and noticed there are issues regarding online orders. I have ordered online a few times and had all my issues resolved. I will say, my last order was resolved by visiting the store and mentioning that my package hadn't arrived after a few months. That was settled quickly by their customer service and I received the package within a few days. Their staff in-store is always amazing and they will certainly help you if you need it! I stand by Nana Jaqueline and will continue to support them as much as I can!
Spent $1k on 2 dresses… I’m baffled at how poor the quality is. I would not be shocked if I found higher quality dupes! Insanity… all super thin polyester for the outer shell, and the cups only are satin. Don’t get me started on the zippers - Walmart clothing has better quality zippers and I wish I wasn’t exaggerating. Flimsy and sticky, hard to zip up or down even off the body.
I’ve shopped online and in store and have never once had an issue, the quality is beautiful, the packaging is so fun to receive and open and it’s truly my favorite brand
I purchased the red canvas bag and it was really pretty. I love everything I buy from this brand. It’s such high-quality and truly makes everything uniquely.
I absolutely love the clothes and accesorios from NJ! They have the absolute cutest items and they come shipped in really stunning packaging.
On early May I placed an order for two items on sale. A week later I received a notification that the items had been shipped, but weeks later no package was delivered. I contacted customer service who informed me that they couldn't tell when the items would be delivered because "they were stuck in customs". Two months later I received a notification that it was going to be delivered by Fedex. I saw that the package arrived to Minnesota but then the company called
Fedex to change the delivery address and have the package send back to them, instead of me. Absolutely terrible service and a total scam. I will never buy from this place again.
I went to the store in Los Angeles last year, and I loved the dresses, now in April 2025 I bought a dress online, I live in California they sent it from California and it's stuck in some FEDEX, and it was never delivered it's almost June, I send an email to the Brand, and they ask me to contact FEDEX, I contact FEDEX they say the problem is with the Brand. $450 dollars for nothing, I have no hope of the dress arriving! Don't order online from this brand!
The dress is really pretty but clearly not worth all of that money,
Quality/ Design : I thought the quality would’ve been worse due the reviews, but honestly it was ok, look a little bit cheap but it’s not as bad as SHIEN fabric ( at least ). You should know that it’s from CHINA . The fabric is unfortunately polyester but a more elaborated one though ( does not tear easily) it’s not elasticity.
The zipper is ok, the elastic as well, the star pin looks cheap, I removed it !!, sewing stitches are correct, it’s a bit see-through,
and the dress isn’t doubled( except the chest area , there is no dress at the core so you see everything if you’re sitting or walking the stairs, an adhesive strip at chest level to hold it in place.
Size : I sized up like the comments recommended however the fabric around the neck was still tight so definitely something wrong with the design….AGAINNNN
Smell : Has a strong weird smell hope it goes after the wash.
Shipment : Really fast, took around 9 days, had to pay 40$ of customs fees
( the brand , don’t take charges )
Color : same as the picture
*I think many people didn’t received their order because they weren’t paying the customs fees so the package stayed warehouse, but the brand didn’t seem to answer them in most case ( for any other reasons too ) !!
Overall if you’re ready to spend A LOT, A LOT, A LOT of money for a AVERAGE quality dress with a POOR design , that your essentially paying for the brand, if your not scared of paying customs fees online on time, and if you’re not scared to TAKE A RISK for a shipping problem or other issues like returns ( based on the other reviews ) then go for it !! IT’S A LOVELY DRESS !!
Bought two dresses online and loved them so much which led me to go to the store in Los Angeles and get a bunch more items now that I know what my sizes are. Love everything I’ve gotten the quality is terrific!

This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They flood their page with fake reviews and completely ignore real customer messages. I reached out multiple times, via email and Instagram (where I have millions of followers) and never received a single response.
It’s a total SCAM. They take your money, send you cheap knockoff clothing from China, and even charge you extra through PayPal for items you didn’t order.
Please be careful. Please do not buy from them. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.
0 Stars. I ordered a coat (around 600€). After reading reviews and seeing that it’s being shipped from china I asked them to cancel the order and if I can refuse the delivery. After not responding to me I decided to refuse the delivery to avoid the return hassle and paying customs for nothing. A month later I still didn’t receive my refund. I contacted them as well as fedex. FedEx let me know the sender wanted it to be destroyed rather than being sent back. The company said they never authorized this. Both companies refuse to refund me. It’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting for PayPal to resolve my issue to hopefully get my refund back as the company refuses to cooperate with me. On top of that fed ex sent me customs bill for a package I never received!!!!!

AVOID!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
I wish I could give them no stars.. but unfortunately don’t have the option… this business needs to be shut down asap! They are scamming people with their completely false return policy after following all the steps they simple just don’t answer.. classy. Their clothes that were sent to me were unwearable, seams pocking out and with holes!!! Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I wish I read previous reviews before buying as I can see a common theme. Shame on them.
