Scam. I ordered a dress that was completely different than what they sent me. It is a cheap fake looks like its from shein. No longer emailing me back for a refund. Do not order from here.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I think it's a scam. I was sent a dress that is completely different from the one we ordered. When I emailed, they offered a 30% refund and that they would expedite the dress when it arrives- I said I wanted a refund instead and they ghosted me. I've emailed two more times with the same response and can't get my money back. SUCH A WASTE- I'm so frustrated!

Terrible customer service and they don’t accept returns. The dress we received was a completely different shade than the one shown online. Very shady company and cheaply made clothing.

CHINA! Their site says New York and offers 90 day returns but when you try to return you can not. After emailing them, they then said "Just try to the dress. if still dont like we will give you 30% refund", I refused and shared that its against consumer protection laws adn they apologized and offered me to ship it back using my own courier to a CHINA address expecting me to pay internation shipping costs and they would then return full refund, however if I want to ship to US then they would give me a 30% return. WHAT A RIP OFF. I will dispute this on my C/C but what a waste of my time!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Please DO NOT order from this website. I ordered a homecoming dress on August 30th for my daughter and it came today Sept. 6th and it was not the item I ordered. Not even close....they sent me some cheap little Shein type dress. When I tried to call the phone number on the website it immediately hangs up on me. Very sketchy, please do not order. I believe they copied the photos of this dress off of Showpo website. Please save yourself the trouble and skip past this fraud of a website.

I ordered 1 romper - it arrived but it was not what I ordered. Not the correct fabric, color or style. They are unwilling to refund and want me to pay to ship it back to China before they refund me. The website has a US address and phone number. Total scammers

I have ordered thousands of dollars of clothes from them in the past years. I placed an order this year in June and when I received the items this time, the quality was cheap Chinese crap (shein quality or less). Super disappointed. Then I spent $35 in shipping to get these clothes back to them ($50 wasted in total for shipping to and from). The manufacturer or place they get their clothes has clearly changed in the past year or so. I think they should let their customers know that the quality and manufacturer has changed. I will never be ordering from this company again. I am seeing this same complaint on multiple reviews online about change in quality.

I used to love this website but the quality has really gone down hill.. I recently received a dress that was just awful. The material was cheap and felt disgusting. I tried to return it but because I got 20% off, they wouldn’t allow a return as anything bought on sale or with a coupon is “final sale”. So because I waited for the OVERPRICED dress to go on sale and save some money, I’m being punished?? It’s ridiculous that you can also now only get store credit, because of the new ridiculous policies about returns, I DONT WANT CREDIT BECAUSE I WONT RETURN. Which is too bad because I have ordered quite a bit over the years.

Awful dress. Sizing and quality were junk and was way overpriced. Tried returning but their shipping labels do not exist and they give a QR code to return which none of the places listed accept. This place is an overpriced scam.

First, the phone number that is on their website only rings- no one ever picks up
Second, you cant return anything for a refund. they only give you store credit.
Third- quality is all over the place. Some items seem like they were made at home as they are so thin and cheap. Had one item that had a broken zipper and then some other items were ok
Fourth- if you try to contact them online, there is no submit button so how are you to contact someone? well finally found an email and I think a bot responded
Fifth, I submitted a return and was told a shipping label would be emailed to me after they review. 3 days later, I still have no return label for store credit. Spent over $ 500 and would prefer a store refund

They dont accept any returns. Or they will only let you return for a different size! I am a size xs. So I was left with a bunch of expensive dresses that didn't fit me, that I couldn't exchange for a different size because well....there isnt a smaller size than an xs on their site. It was my fault for not checking their return policy. I was planing on returning whatever dresses didn't fit , now my closest is still full of these dresses a year later. I can't wear them. Such a waste. Don't shop here. Customer service was terrible as well.

FYI - They won't refund your money, rather they will just give you a gift card for their store, so they don't really "honor" refunds...

I purchased 2 items from this boutique and I am in LOVE with both! So darling, well made and priced just right! Fast shipping within the U.S., even better! Definitely recommend getting a bodysuit!
