Nanche/Keycon built our new house.

We used Nanche/Keycon to build our new house to say the experience was challenging would be an understatement. The build was slow taking over 18 months to complete a small house with single garage, The company has a high turnover of supervisors staff, we had no less than 6 supervisors in this time each one having there own delay issues. We had quality issues the surveyor & I picked up including the frame off the slab by more than 20mm, brickwork off the slab also. Variations requested by the builder to change construction materials also adds delays. The best day of this experience I was when we sold the house I was worried it wouldn't pass a sale building inspection. On the positive side of things they did finish the build where other builders went insolvent & did stand by the fixed price contract.
