Enrico listened to what we wanted to experience on our trip across Italy. He set up a completely stress free enjoyable experience. My wife and I did not have to worry about anything. It was a completely stress free enjoyable trip. He even set up a trip to the little Italian village in the hills of Basilicata, where I met so many relatives. We would strongly recommend Enrico and Nancy Aiello tours.

Great company, great experience. We took our daughter, her husband and our three young grandchildren. When we first contacted them, they zoomed with us to learn about our hopes for the trip. We worked with Enrico who was thoughtful and kind. Throughout planning and our journey, Enrico was always there for us. He scheduled every aspect of our trip. We traveled around quite a bit and every move was on time. The experiences and guides were top notch. We especially enjoyed mask making in Venice, making a meal with Claudio in Florence and a truffle hunt and pasta making in a lovely spot high in the Tuscany hills. We want to do it again with this wonderful Italian tour company. I would give them six stars if I could!

Although we, unfortunately, couldn’t travel due to unforeseen medical reasons, I have to commend the outstanding service we received from this travel agency, especially from Enrico. From the moment we reached out, Enrico went above and beyond to help us plan the perfect Italian getaway. We used Nancy Aiello Tours to plan a trip to Italy in October 2023 (surprise milestone bday trip). I first reached out in February 2023, and while communication was a little delayed at first (emails went to junk folder) and they wanted flights booked before they got into any real planning, the end result was a seriously great trip. I went over budget but don't regret it one bit, and it was not at the insistence of the company. They just made great suggestions and I wanted to pack a lot into our 10 day trip. I used the Venice to Rome Classic Italy Family Trip 10 day itinerary as a starting point and Enrico worked with me to find the hotels/rooms that I wanted and offered feedback on the experiences we might like and what could fit into the time we had in each city without overdoing it. We did ALOT, some things we could have planned on our own potentially saving a little money, but the convenience of having them plan everything was worth it. I'm always the planner, so it was such a relief to feel like all I had to do was show up and enjoy for once. All of our guides were great, on time, easy to get along with, and knowledgeable. Everything was planned perfectly. I was a little worried about using a lesser-reviewed company compared to the big names, but I wanted all private tours and an experience tailored just for us. It's exactly what we got. Enrico was happy to arrange calls with me when email just wouldn't cut it. Will definitely use this company again for future trips to Italy, and have recommended them to several friends already. If it's in your budget, highly recommend. Enrico made me a custom planned trip for my family. We spent 8 days in Rome. We had drivers pick us up in lovely Mercedes vans. They were always on time and pleasant. All our private tour guides were set up for us and were knowledgable and pleasant. He found us a hotel in a great location. We had no problems while we were there. It made the trip very easy and no stress.
