I’ve just finished Nancy’s Ignite program. I decided to do it after I felt nothing was helping me lose weight no matter how hard I tried. The results speak for themselves. I’ve lost 13lbs in 3 weeks, using her wonderful recipes and gym program. Her knowledge is phenomenal and just made so much sense. It took hard work and commitment but would thoroughly recommend to anyone over 40 who enjoys being in the gym and learning from someone who genuinely is so knowledgeable about how to get results!

Nancy and her team are amazing and there for you every step of the way. Nancy has years of knowledge on training and diets and macros. She taught me invaluable tools to help us ladies in menopause when things you used to do just don’t work anymore. The training program was fun and easy to follow in the app and the meal plan had some great options and the food tasted good too! I am confident taking the tools learnt towards to reach my goals.

Nancy’s program was definitely a challenge for me. Although I workout 4-5 times a week I learned a lot of different workouts along with formations. I highly recommend her program.
I joined a 21 day challenge and had a wonderful experience! We learned about intermittent fasting, carb cycling and how to make this lifestyle sustainable for ourselves! I loved that the coaches were actively participating along with participants, it genuinely felt like family! The motivation in the group kept u on your toes! The plan also contained a very well designed workout program that is good for anyone at any level! I am looking forward to utilizing the tools that I have been taught to make greater gains in the future! Thank u to everyone involved in this challenge for holding me accountable!

Loved the daily meal plan. Loved knowing what I was going to eat every day and not having to think about what I would be doing at the gym every day. The fitness ap is great!
