I received only one item from my order

I received only one item from my order. About 1 month I ordered two items for my office, only got one, called them to see what happened and they didn't have the information, I'm calling now and it seems the line is not working. I feel very disappointed and would like my money back

no product, no way to reach them

ordered a cabinet was supposed to come in 1-2 days. its been about 10 days now and no response in their chat, by phone or by email.
Tried to cancel my order, also no response.
do not order here, waste of your money

Very disappointed

I have been trying to return my order since over a week, and I get no response. Tried calling their customer service, and they said they would send me an e-mail with the return choices within a day, but nothing happened.

Bought an office chair in an on-line auction, paid, should have been delivered within 7 days. 10 days later no news, no response, eventually I was told "sorry we can't delivery it any more". Very unprofessional!

I ordered 2 bookshelfs 3 months ago

I ordered 2 bookshelfs 3 months ago. I got only one of them. Where is the second bookshelf?
I didn't notice that the quality is very bad. I can see it only when I assembled the bookshelf completely. It's a pity that I found this website and ordered from there.
I sent 3 emails that I want to return this bookshelf and I need a shipping sticker but nobody is answering ( order FI 3212)

Unfortunately I can not find any email from you on this issue, I've searched on order number, email address and name but I can't find an email about it.
We always try to answer our emails within 24 hours, but in busy periods sometimes it could take a little bit longer.

Nice shoe rack

Took a while to be delivered and then it was just there, without any notice. The instructions are very clear and was pretty easy to assemble. I am very happy with the result. Too bad the other product I wanted to order is out of stock.

Product very well packed

Product very well packed, but I can not say a good word about the courier company because the cardboard was very damaged on all sides. In general, a shop with very good customer service, everything was alright, so I can recommend it.

Way too high price

This website charges WAY too much. Found a cabinet by Label51, every website I found it on it was around 399,- euro, on this website the exact same cabinet was priced 574,95 euro. Do not waste your money on this scam!

Unfortunately we can not do anything about prices on other websites being different or cheaper.
Every company has their own price agreements with suppliers and so it's possible that prices vary per website.

The most disgraceful ,unprofessional…

The most disgraceful ,unprofessional company I have ever used. This company is a absolute joke, having waited over a month for an order I placed for two tables and been given the full runabout. Absolutely no chance of getting a proper answer from them. Phone calls are over £2 a minute ,watts app - no answer, web chat -no answer , emails after 3 days and might as well not bother! After escalating with PayPal got an email from the so called “Head of Distribution “ - Nina Zielinski. Asking me to provide VAT number or EORI number or can cancel and refund!!! Neither of these was supplied or asked for prior.What a disgrace of company. And just to add insult to injury they have put the prices up for the items I ordered. Please be aware and do not order from this company save yourself the headache and nightmare

Made order 26/11

Made order 26/11 - Said on stock on webpage - Now i have sendt 2 emails to ask for status - No one answers.

They already took the money from the account the same day, and for the last 3 weeks on their webpage it says it will be in stock within 1-8 days.
