Don't buy from this company

Only tasted 1 star because there does not seem to be any way of giving them zero star rating, like other reviews the item I received was nothing like the picture of item on their site, like other buyers was offered unacceptable derogatory refund to avoid having to return the item back to china at my expense, even though the fault is with the company who sent wrong item, not what I ordered going on the picture of item they advertised.i think this a misleading advert and would be illegal to do so on UK,is there anyway this can be reported in UK.
Also I last thing to add, they said if I accept the paltry offer I could keep the item, what a joke,I would be embarrassed to give it to charity,

Nancy London SCAM

Ordered a polo shirt and waited a week before inquiring about delivery. I was told that if the item did not arrive within FIFTY days, they would give a refund. When it did arrive it was nothing like the picture on their website. It was made of cheap, shiny polyester and far too big. I immediately asked by email to return it for a refund and never received a reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

Don't Fall For Their Ads - Completely Crooked

Do not fall for the smooth western ads showing quality clothes and a CGI picture of a London store.
It's all fake.
This company is completely crooked.
Your order will take nearly 2 weeks to arrive, and it's not from the UK, it's from China (Hong Kong) and what arrives bears little resemblance to the ad picture.
My 'quality cotton mens polo shirt' was nothing like the picture.
It was made of a thin, shiny, synthethic material, crammed into a plastic transit bag, with poor stitching and no label.
I emailed the company for a return and refund, and have heard nothing.
They also fail to mention on their 'full refund' claim, that you have to pay the return postage - to Hong Kong!
I am in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards, to try and get them banned.
Also, the delivery was made by Amazon - on behalf of Nancy London's distribution company, YunExpress.
I've contacted Amazon to tell them this partnership doesn't put them in a good light, and asked them to cease dealing with them.
I encourage others to do the same.

Gives the impression of being a UK business. Yet another Chinese con. Returns are to China at customer's expense, about equal to cost of goods. They offer a "partial refund" as an alternative. Poor quality goods. I have never seen so many 1* reviews. Sadly I didn't check before buying. Don't buy!

Scam company?

If they were honest themselves there wouldn't be such a catalogue of bad reviews! The delivered article bears no resemblance to the adverts. My shirts were badly made polyester in faded colours! One female complained her "leather" handbag was actually plastic

Another con artist

My son ordered me a jumper from this firm that portrayed a beautiful cotton jumper, what actually arrived was a very small rubbish material top that had no resemblance to the original photo, the photos they show look like you are getting something beautiful & classy,so beware!

Do Not use this terrible company

Like many others, wish had read the reviews on trustpilot first
This was advertised on google news(sponsored)..which never click and googled nancy london myself
Non existent photo of a shop in london
Ordered 1 of the colourful shirts...which arrived not long ago
The shirt itself is actually quite nice, but not the material was expecting, though the stitching of buttons etc is quite good
Should i say i"m one of the lucky ones?
Certainly not
Avoid this company..there"s now a warning on the trustpilot page
No labels about machine care or anything..all clothing has that..just the size stitched into the back of the collar
Enough said..AVOID AVOID AVOID

Warning

Warning. Clothes look really nice however quality awful not what you see on the website. Returns, forget it you have to return ro China for them to assess your return then if you are lucky they will refund you. Do not order from them or anyone else where you have to return to China. So fraudulent

Fraudulent misselling

If 0/5 was possible that's what these fraudsters would get. The products are such poor quality they are unwearable. The sizes seem random and far too big. The pictures on their website have obviously been lifted from elsewhere. I wish I'd checked the company name on here before paying money. This is a SCAM so DON'T DO IT!

Totally fraudulent company

If there were a MINUS star I would give it.
This company is a total fraud - under no circumstances buy anything from them on-line.
They advertise 'Cashmere Patch work ...' and deliver a PLASTIC, pure polyester thing in garish tones, which do not even correspond to the advertised colours..
They leave a little note to contact them but when one does there is no response. They are a deceitful bunch and I can not repeat often enough : KEEP WELL AWAY FROM NANCY LONDON.
