Who do you think you are.

Yesterday I had a very bad telephone conversation with
Nanna Fick.
She was speaking badly to me.

The case is, she is in the position to refund me money for subscription with her and I send a mail to ask if she intend to do that. A few days later i phoned her if she had read my mail. Yes. She argued she didn't had the time to pay me back because of her immigration to Spain from Denmark including planning transportation of her horses etc.
It's not okay to treat customers in that way.
Because she was annoyed by my calling she projected her own anger to me claiming me for talking badly to her. That is what I call speaking badly to me.
Behave yourself.
