Hi,

I honestly find it shocking how difficult it’s been to get a response from your agency. I’ve contacted you multiple times and have either been ignored or left waiting with no proper communication.

What makes it even more frustrating is the fact that you don’t even provide a direct email address to contact you on, which feels incredibly unprofessional for a nanny agency dealing with families and childcare arrangements.

I understand businesses get busy, but completely failing to respond promptly — or at all — is unacceptable. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication I’ve received.

I would appreciate an actual response instead of continuing to be ignored.

The nanny Lucia recommended was disorganised and dishonest with no rapport with our children. Instead of honouring the contract and following up with an alternative nanny Lucia ignored my emails. Terrible customer service. I paid for a service which was not delivered. Avoid.

Fantastic, really great to see the videos and to know they have a solid vetting process. All the nannies we met were fantastic and we made the difficult decision of choosing just one who has started and is bonding well with our two kids

We came to Lucia looking for a Nanny after the one we had to leave. We have twins and didn't have time to do a long search and needed someone that would fit into our family and be ok with a part-time job. She found someone that perfectly fitted into our family, someone that brought much love and laughter with her and the twins loved her. We wanted someone with ambition and when she decided to move one we used Lucia's guarantee to find a replacement. She did within a week. Her searches find lovely people that have a passion for childcare and also want to find something that suits them too. I have recommended her services to anyone that asks and would highly recommend her here too.

The lady from nanny network was very rude , after explaining her i hadnt use zoom before and had issues to enter the meeting .Mentioning that the other applicants were all succeded the interviews except me .

We had a great experience with Lucia at Nanny Network, explaining our needs and she found a suitable after school nanny promptly. It was first time lucky for us as the first candidate we interviewed was great and worked out. I have friends who Nannied for Nanny Network while at Uni and they felt well looked after and so it was good to know they are trusted by both sides of the arrangement.

Nanny Network helped us to find a wonderful nanny for our 4 month old daughter. We had a call with Lucia initially who really got to understand our needs, and was able to send through candidates that suited us. Great value for money.

The site was easy to use, we had applicants come through for a couple of weeks then we spent about a week interviewing our favourite and we have settled on one who is working out fantastically.

We signed up with an agency as well as posting on Nanny Network and found the candidates we got through Nanny Network far exceeded the agency candidates. We got about 20 responses, all of which were good quality, and more experienced than those from the agency.

We have used Nanny Network a number of times now and I am always incredibly happy with the service. Both the nannies we've had were very professional and good with our son.
