Person accepting the luggage doesn’t care about the time slots

So the time slot you get - 30 min doesn’t work. You have to come on the first minute, otherwise the person working there will scream at you and be rude.

Poor support when store fails to open

Booked and paid only to arrive at the store and it wasn't open. Okay stuff happens. But to add insult to injury it took Nannybags 6 1/2 hours to respond to my urgent email message. And when I did not reply to them within 15 minutes they closed the ticket. Such dbl standards! Yes they refunded me but not responding to an urgent customer issue for hours was just dreadful. We ended up having to take our bags with us on a tour of Hollywood. Inconvenient doesn't go close to describing it. So I wouldn't use them again because they don't help you out when the store just decides not to open that day.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I used it trusting that my luggage would be handled professionally, but my suitcase arrived damaged despite being wrapped in plastic as a precaution.

What was most frustrating was the way my claim was handled. I was asked to wait several days while they supposedly looked for a solution, only to be told afterward that the responsibility was placed back on me, at a point when nothing could be done anymore from the store where I picked up the suitcase. At the same time, they confirmed that no damage was detected when the suitcase was handed over to the courier, which leaves the customer completely unprotected.

As a client, my transaction and contract were with this company, not directly with the courier. Redirecting responsibility and hiding behind third-party policies feels unprofessional and unfair. I was never informed at pick-up that specific documentation would be required in case of damage, nor should I be expected to anticipate such an issue when using a luggage shipping service.

Overall, the lack of accountability and customer support makes it very hard to trust this service. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

Unacceptable

Unacceptable! There are no lockers at all. You simply go into the cafe , hand over your luggage, and they put it somewhere out of sight. I paid expecting my belongings to be secure, but they weren’t. Worst of all, they damaged my suitcase because they stacked other bags on top of mine.

This is a bad spot with terrible service. Nowhere did it say that there are no lockers. This was the worst service I’ve experienced. I do not recommend it to anyone.
