Highly recommend Nannypay
Nannypay was excellent and we highly recommend using them. It was such a smooth process and took all the burden of the admin away which is what we needed given how hectic our lives are. Amanda was also always extremely prompt at replying to any of our queries.

NannyPay are a fantastic support to any overwhlemed parent!
We contacted NannyPay a couple of years ago when we hired a nanny for our child.
Throughout the whole time Lauren and her team have provided incredible service, taking away the confusion and stress we had around the ins and out of the payment process while at the same time giving us advice and support with any additional questions we had.
We're very grateful for their hard work on our case!

So easy and simple for our nanny and for our family
We had previously used another nanny payroll agency and contacted Lauren and the team to see if they could provide a better service. What a find! Lauren and the nanny pay team understand nannies like no other as they have been in the role. The digital timesheet and payroll makes things so much easier: for the nanny and for the family paying for them. It's comforting to know that all payments are above board and we are ensuring that our nanny is getting regular income, super and all appropriate allowances. Reminders are proactive and the payment process is seamless. Can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic, Professional Service.

As a nanny, I wish Nanny Pay had been around years ago... it's exactly what the Australian nanny industry has been missing! It ensures that nannies are paid properly and fairly, and it's easy to use for families and takes all the hard work out of the pay roll. Great business, and a real champion of the industry.
