NannyPaye have been fantastic from beginning to end. I was completely unsure of where to start when it came to employing a nanny, but from my first phone call to the final email, they provided full support and answered all my questions. It was refreshing that they didn’t make assumptions about what I knew, especially since I didn’t know much at all!

Excellent service all-round
NannyPaye have managed payroll for me, as employer, for some nine years. The service has been seamlessly helpful, professional, accurate and to an excellent standard throughout this time. I've been very happy. They provide great value service for the price. I'd fully recommend.

So worth it
Nanny Paye took all the worries out of being an employer for our nanny. Their fees seem fair for the amount of support they provide in payroll / contract matters and they are always very responsive by email and phone. Really knowledgeable too so I have confidence in the advice they are providing. Special mention to Ross McKay, George Kent and Chloe Davies for their patience and expertise.

Excellent service
Excellent service, I highly recommend Nannypaye. For over two years they managed all payroll, pension and other admin tasks related to me hiring a nanny and I never had any issues - they are really professional, always reply to emails in a timely fashion and I was always assured everything was in hand.

Maternity pay, maternity cover and redundancy
Called and spoke with Sarah today on what I thought was a complex issue but she was knowledgeable and concise, and explained everything patiently and clearly. The call was immediately followed up with a couple of emails providing further information and idiot-proof guidance - you couldn't ask for more!
We've been with NannyPaye for 15 years now and the service and support has been faultless since day 1.

Godsend for nervous first time Nanny employer
We have used NannyPaye for the past 2 years. I found the prospect of employing a Nanny really daunting and worried about getting things wrong but NannyPaye guided me through the process with confidence.
Once set up the process was really straight forward and each month NannyPaye helped us calculate how much to transfer to our portal.
The team there are available, agile and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Thomas in particular was supportive and attentive in the early days. Really nice helpful guy.
