Dodgy from the get go, my order didn't go through but the money left my account. Support wasn't helpful, said they'd email me my cancellation but no email from them whatsoever, not even from the chat transcript that I requested via form. The website is broken, and shipping was peculiarly high for NZ, too. I hope I can retrieve my money.
Avoid this company, they run a scum service.
I've purchased a product and contacted customer support to make sure they'll send what I've ordered. They confirmed but send a different model. Since then they keep promising that they check about a return and a refund but nothing is dome for days.
Truly dreadful and incompetent company, bordering on a scam. I ordered an item, they told me they would not be able to deliver in a reasonable time frame, so I asked to cancel and refund. They said no problem. A week later, no refund and they despatched the item anyway, forcing me to stay at home and refuse delivery. They then refused to refund until item returns to them. They then re-send the item and refuse a refund, and round and round it goes. This is a scam trying to force me to accept the item I no longer want. I am now in the midst of a PayPal dispute with them, as it is the only hope I have of getting my money back from these scammers. Truly despicable behaviour.
In short - if you value your time and money, avoid this company like the plague.
