Nanogen gets mixed feelings from me
Nanogen gets mixed feelings from me. The fibres do help with hair confidence and the customer service is great, addressing mistakes with no hassle. Delivery is fast and well-packaged, but the products don’t fully live up to expectations. The spray leaves residue, and the results aren't consistent for everyone. Worth trying, but temper expectations.

Best shampoo/conditioner I have found for my thinning hair…
Recently been diagnosed with alopecia and using nanogen shampoo and conditioner as part of my hair care gives my hair volume when blow dryer and looks soft and shiny. I recommend to all my friends whose hair is thinning due to menopause/age etc

Colour of fibres just right
Colour of fibres just right. Tried to cover my bald patches at side but it didn’t stick, so abandoned that idea. It’s good for root filling in partings though.

I mistakenly ordered wrong colour in my order, on realising this I emailed Nanogen to switch my product to the correct shade, however they responded to say that I should keep the original fibre shade with their compliments and they would send the correct colour plus a complimentary other shade for me to try. Great Service !
